蓋六日間、耶和華造天地海、暨其中萬物、七日休息、故耶和華錫嘏於安息日、別之為聖、○

誰掬掌以測海、布指以度天、斗量塵寰、權山衡嶽、

耶和華上帝創造諸天、而展布之、鋪張大地、及其土產、以生氣賦億兆、以神性畀行於地上之人、

皆當頌美耶和華之名、因其降諭、咸被造兮、建茲垂之永久、定命莫能越兮、自地頌美耶和華、即如海獸深淵、火與雹、雪與霧、遵其命之狂風、

耶和華歟、爾言堅立於天、永世弗替兮、爾之信實、歷世不易、爾奠大地、地乃恆存兮、依爾律例、迄今猶存、萬物咸為爾僕兮、

上帝坐於寰宇、視民若蟿、布天猶幬、張之若可居之幕、

核厥星辰、咸命以名兮、

爾能偕上帝展布穹蒼、堅如鑄鑑乎、
