因为愚顽人必说愚顽话，心里想作罪孽，惯行亵渎的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人无食可吃，使口渴的人无水可喝。

因为愚顽人必说愚妄的话，他的心作恶，行亵渎的事，传播恶言攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人仍然饥饿，口渴的人无水可喝。

因為愚頑人說話愚頑，心懷邪惡，行不敬虔的事，說錯謬的話攻擊耶和華，使飢餓的無食可吃，使口渴的無水可喝；

頑嚚者流、出於口則悖逆、藏於心則不軌、所行奸偽、所言誕妄、上逆耶和華、下使民饑渴、

蓋愚妄者必出愚妄之言、心藏惡念、事行奸邪、謗言逆主、使饑者不得所食、渴者不得所飲、

For fools speak folly, their hearts are bent on evil: They practice ungodliness and spread error concerning the Lord; the hungry they leave empty and from the thirsty they withhold water.

Foolish people say foolish things. Their minds are set on doing evil things. They don’t do what is right. They tell lies about the Lord. They don’t give hungry people any food. They don’t let thirsty people have any water.

For the fool speaks folly, and his heart is busy with iniquity, to practice ungodliness, to utter error concerning the Lord, to leave the craving of the hungry unsatisfied, and to deprive the thirsty of drink.

For fools speak foolishness and make evil plans. They practice ungodliness and spread false teachings about the Lord. They deprive the hungry of food and give no water to the thirsty.

For a fool speaks foolishness and his mind plots iniquity. He lives in a godless way and speaks falsely about the LORD. He leaves the hungry empty and deprives the thirsty of drink.

For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart inclines toward wickedness: To practice ungodliness and to speak error against the Lord, To keep the hungry person unsatisfied And to withhold drink from the thirsty.

For the foolish person will speak foolishness, And his heart will work iniquity: To practice ungodliness, To utter error against the Lord, To keep the hungry unsatisfied, And he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise profaneness, and to utter error against Jehovah, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

For a fool speaks foolishness and his mind plots iniquity. He lives in a godless way and speaks falsely about the Lord. He leaves the hungry empty and deprives the thirsty of drink.

For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

For a fool speaks disgraceful things; his mind plans out sinful deeds. He commits godless deeds and says misleading things about the LORD; he gives the hungry nothing to satisfy their appetite and gives the thirsty nothing to drink.

For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice profanity, and to utter error against Yahweh, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

古諺有云、惡自惡人出、惟我手不加諸爾、

有博施而益增加、有過吝而致貧乏、好施濟者、必得豐腴、潤澤人者、必受潤澤、閉糴者、民必詛之、糶穀者、福加其首、

萬軍之主耶和華曰、爾曹壓制我民、挫折貧人之面、果何為哉、○

故主不悅其丁男、不恤其孤寡、因皆褻慢作惡、眾口言妄、然其怒未息、其手尚伸焉、○

世人歟、爾緘口豈公義、鞫人豈正直乎、非也、爾心造惡、且於地上、衡施強暴兮、

有人遷移地界、奪羣畜而牧之、驅孤子之驢、取嫠婦之牛為質、使貧者避道、世間窮民、盡皆藏匿、彼等有若野驢、出而操作、亟於覓食、廣漠之地、給食其子、各於田間、刈其野穀、摘惡人所遺之葡萄、夜間露體而偃臥、寒時無衣以蔽身、為山雨所淋、因無避所、棲身磐石、又有奪孤子於母懷、取窮人所服者為質、使之無衣、裸體游行、枵腹而負禾束、造油於其人之院、踐酒於其醡、而己則燥渴、大邑之人歎息、傷者之心悲哀、惟此殘暴、上帝弗之顧也、復有人背棄光明、不知其道、不由其路、殺人者黎明即起、殺困苦、戮貧乏、夜則為盜、行淫者目俟昏暮、自蔽其面、曰、無目見我、行竊者昏夜穿屋、旦晝匿跡、不識光明、

在牀謀惡營邪、迨至黎明、以手有力而行之者、其人禍哉、彼貪田畝而奪之、貪第宅而取之、且虐待其人與家、而據其業、

古實人能變其膚乎、豹能變其斑乎、若能之、則爾習於惡者可為善矣、

人因愚而敗其途、其心遂怨耶和華、

以銀購窮乏、以屨易貧民、以劣麥出售、

夫眷顧孤寡於患難間、且自守不為斯世所染者、此則於我父上帝前、為純潔無玷之虔敬也、

耶和華曰、以色列干罪、至三至四、我不挽回厥罰、以其鬻義人而得銀、鬻貧民以易屨也、貪貧窮者蒙首之塵、窒溫柔者所行之路、父子同近一女、辱我聖名、

蓋惡念、兇殺、淫亂、苟合、盜竊、妄證、訕謗、

蝮類乎、爾既惡、言何能善、蓋充諸心者、出諸口也、善人由內蘊之善、而發其善、惡人由內蘊之惡、而發其惡、我語汝、人所出之虛言、當鞫日、莫不供之、

彼得曰、亞拿尼亞乎、胡為撒但充爾心、以欺聖神、私留田值耶、田未鬻、非爾田乎、既鬻、非由爾乎、爾心胡生此念哉、非欺人、乃欺上帝耳、

我曰、雅各之首領、以色列家之有司歟、爾其聽之、公義非爾所當知乎、惟爾惡善好惡、剝人之膚、剔肉於骨、食我民之肉、剝其膚、折其骨、切之成塊、若為釜而備、若鼎中之肉、

爾於此道、無分無與、因在上帝前、爾心不正也、故宜改悔此惡、祈主、庶幾爾心之念可赦、

彼眾潛伏、心熱如爐、其烘餅者、竟夕睡臥、至於清晨、厥火炎炎、眾熱如爐、滅其士師、君王傾覆、其中無人籲我、

凡為己慾所誘惑者、乃見試也、慾既孕則生罪、罪既成則產死、

拿八曰、大衛為誰、耶西之子為誰、邇時僕逃其主者甚眾、豈可以我餅水、及為剪羊毛者所宰之肉、給於不知奚自之人乎、

爾之惡、豈非大乎、爾之過、乃無窮也、蓋爾無故、取同儕之質、剝貧寒之衣、憊者不飲以水、飢者不給以食、強者得土、尊者居之、爾使嫠婦徒返、孤子折肱、

如是、舌為小體、而誇大焉、些須之火、能燃若大之林、舌乃火、於百體中為不義之寰區、玷污一身、爇畢生之行動、其火乃由地獄也、

禍哉、爾偽善之士子、與法利賽人乎、
