现在你们要知道，只有我是那一位，除我以外，并没有别的神；我使人死，也使人活；我打伤，我也医治；没有人可以从我的手里抢救出去。

因为他打伤，又缠裹；他击伤，又亲手医治。

这城不需要日月照明，因为有神的荣耀照明，而羊羔就是城的灯。

那时，月亮必蒙羞，日头要惭愧，因为万军之耶和华必在锡安山，在耶路撒冷作王；并且在他子民的众长老面前，大有荣耀。

不再有黑夜了，他们也不需要灯光或日光了，因为主神要光照他们。他们要作王，直到永永远远。

那将是独特的一天，只有耶和华知道；那天不再分白昼和黑夜，因为在晚上仍有光明。

到那日，耶和华必保护耶路撒冷的居民；他们中间最软弱的，到那日必好像大卫，大卫家必好像神，好像行在他们前面的耶和华使者。

“到那日，我必竖立大卫倒塌的帐棚，修补它们的破口；我必重建它的废墟，使它像往日一样建立起来。

你们为什么屡次悖逆，还要受责打吗？你们整个头都受了伤，整个心都发昏了。从脚掌到头顶，没有一处是完全的；尽是创伤、鞭痕和流血的伤口；没有挤干净伤口，没有包扎，也没有用膏油滋润。

在我整个圣山上面，这一切都不行伤害或毁灭之事；因为认识耶和华的知识要充满大地，好像海水覆盖海洋一般。

所以，我们应当离开基督初步的道理，努力进到成熟的地步，不必在懊悔致死的行为，信靠神，洗礼，按手礼，死人复活，和永远审判的教训上再立根基。

耶路撒冷的居民哪，我怎样向你说明呢？用什么与你比较呢？锡安的居民哪，我们用什么跟你相比，好安慰你呢？你的裂口像海那样大，谁能医治你呢？

“来吧！让我们回转归向耶和华；因为，他虽然撕裂了我们，但必定医治我们；他虽然击伤了我们，却必替我们裹伤。

‘这城的居民出去和迦勒底人争战，就必使这些房屋充满死尸，就是我在怒气和烈怒中击杀的。因为他们的一切恶行，我掩面不顾这城。看哪！我必使这城的伤口痊愈康复，我必医治城中的居民，并且使他们享有十分的平安和稳妥。
