我要拿金子來代替銅，拿銀子來代替鐵，拿銅來代替木頭，拿鐵來代替石頭。我要使平安作你的管理者，使公義作你的監督。你的地上必不再聽見殘暴的事，你的境內也不再聽見毀壞和破敗的事；你必稱你的城牆為「救恩」，稱你的城門為「讚美」。

他以敬畏耶和華為樂，審斷不憑眼見，裁決不憑耳聞。他必以公義審斷貧弱者，以正直裁決世上的卑微人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

他使戰爭止息，直到地極；他打斷弓、砍斷矛，用烈火燒掉戰車。

神哪，求你起來，審判大地，因為你將擁有萬國！

接著，我看見天開了，看哪，有一匹白馬。騎馬的那一位被稱為「信實的」和「真實的」；他以公義去審判、去作戰。

因為他已經確立了日子，將要藉著他所設定的一個人，以公義來審判天下的人，並且藉著使他從死人中復活，給萬人帶來了確據。」

願群山和岡陵藉著公義為百姓帶來平安；願他為子民中的困苦人施行審判，拯救貧窮人的兒女，壓碎那欺壓者。人們必敬畏你，如日之恆，如月之久，直到萬代。他必降臨，如同雨水降在割過的草地上，又如細雨滋潤大地。在他的日子裡，義人必興盛，並有豐盛的平安，如月長存。

每一個在戰亂中所穿的軍靴和滾在血中的戰袍，都必燒毀，成為燒火的燃料。
