彼不知所得之五穀、酒、油、與所用以飾巴力之多金多銀、皆我所賜、或作彼不知所得之五穀酒油乃我所賜我多賜之金銀彼反用之以飾巴力

She has not acknowledged that I was the one who gave her the grain, the new wine and oil, who lavished on her the silver and gold— which they used for Baal.

She wouldn’t admit that I was the one who gave her everything she had. I provided her with grain, olive oil and fresh wine. I gave her plenty of silver and gold. But she used it to make statues of Baal.

And she did not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the wine, and the oil, and who lavished on her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.

She doesn’t realize it was I who gave her everything she has— the grain, the new wine, the olive oil; I even gave her silver and gold. But she gave all my gifts to Baal.

She does not recognize that it is I who gave her the grain, the new wine, and the fresh oil. I lavished silver and gold on her, which they used for Baal.

For she did not know That I gave her grain, new wine, and oil, And multiplied her silver and gold— Which they prepared for Baal.

For she did not know that I gave her the grain, and the new wine, and the oil, and multiplied unto her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.

She does not recognize that it is I who gave her the grain, the new wine, and the oil. I lavished silver and gold on her, which they used for Baal.

For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold,[ which] they prepared for Baal.

Yet until now she has refused to acknowledge that I was the one who gave her the grain, the new wine, and the olive oil; and that it was I who lavished on her the silver and gold– which they used in worshiping Baal!

For she didn’t know that I gave her the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and multiplied to her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.

An ox knows its owner, And a donkey its master’s manger, But Israel does not know, My people do not understand.”

They have set up kings, but not by Me; They have appointed officials, but I did not know it. With their silver and gold they have made idols for themselves, So that they will be eliminated.

You took some of your clothes, made for yourself high places of various colors, and committed prostitution on them, which should not come about nor happen.You also took your beautiful jewels made of My gold and of My silver, which I had given you, and made for yourself male images so that you might commit prostitution with them.Then you took your colorfully woven cloth and covered them, and offered My oil and My incense before them.Also My bread which I gave you, fine flour, oil, and honey with which I fed you, you would offer before them for a soothing aroma; so it happened,” declares the Lord God.

And now they sin more and more, And make for themselves cast metal images, Idols skillfully made from their silver, All of them the work of craftsmen. They say of them,“ Let the people who sacrifice kiss the calves!”

Infidelity, wine, and new wine take away the understanding.

Israel is a luxuriant vine; He produces fruit for himself. The more his fruit, The more altars he made; The richer his land, The better he made the memorial stones.

But we will certainly carry out every word that has proceeded from our mouths, by burning sacrifices to the queen of heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, just as we ourselves, our forefathers, our kings, and our leaders did in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; for then we had plenty of food and were well off and saw no misfortune.But since we stopped burning sacrifices to the queen of heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have lacked everything, and have met our end by the sword and by famine.”

Those who lavish gold from the bag And weigh silver on the scale, Hire a goldsmith, and he makes it into a god; They bow down, indeed they worship it.

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper,

For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription,‘ TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ Therefore, what you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you.The God who made the world and everything that is in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made by hands;nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things;

The children gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough to make sacrificial cakes for the queen of heaven; and they pour out drink offerings to other gods in order to provoke Me to anger.

Then they brought the gold vessels that had been taken out of the temple, the house of God which was in Jerusalem; and the king and his nobles, his wives, and his concubines drank out of them.They drank the wine and praised the gods of gold and silver, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone.

And not many days later, the younger son gathered everything together and went on a journey to a distant country, and there he squandered his estate in wild living.

But the God in whose hand are your life breath and all your ways, you have not glorified.

For their mother has committed prostitution; She who conceived them has acted shamefully. For she said,‘ I will go after my lovers, Who give me my bread and my water, My wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.’

Now there was a man of the hill country of Ephraim whose name was Micah.And he said to his mother,“ The 1,100 pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse and also spoke it in my hearing, behold, the silver is with me; I took it.” And his mother said,“ Blessed be my son by the Lord.”He then returned the 1,100 pieces of silver to his mother, and his mother said,“ I wholly consecrate the silver from my hand to the Lord for my son to make a carved image and a cast metal image; so now I will return them to you.”So when he returned the silver to his mother, his mother took two hundred pieces of silver and gave them to the silversmith, who made them into a carved image and a cast metal image, and they were in the house of Micah.And the man Micah had a shrine and he made an ephod and household idols, and consecrated one of his sons, so that he might become his priest.

The new wine mourns, The vine decays, All the joyful hearted sigh.The joy of tambourines ceases, The noise of revelers stops, The joy of the harp ceases.They do not drink wine with song; Intoxicating drink is bitter to those who drink it.

Therefore they offer a sacrifice to their net And burn incense to their fishing net, Because through these things their catch is large, And their food is plentiful.

So they went out to the field and gathered the grapes of their vineyards and trampled them, and held a festival; and they went into the house of their god, and ate and drank and cursed Abimelech.
