惟園之中一樹、其果、天主戒曰、毋食毋捫、恐致死亡、

惟有园当中那棵树上的果子，神曾说：‘你们不可吃，也不可摸，免得你们死。’”

but God did say,‘ You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”

But God did say,‘ You must not eat the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden. Do not even touch it. If you do, you will die.’ ”

當在山四圍、為民定界、諭之曰、謹慎、毋登山、毋近山旁、凡近山者、必死無赦、毋以手捫山、凡捫之者、或擊以石、或射以矢、無論人畜皆不能生、迨角揚聲、始可登山、

論及爾致書所問我者、我答曰、男不近女為妙、

我友乎、矜恤我、矜恤我、因天主之手責我、

曰、爾不可淩犯我沐以膏之人、不可惡待我所立之先知、

所謂儀文即勿近、勿嘗、勿捫之類、
