The prince is to be among them, going in when they go in and going out when they go out.

The prince must be among them. He must go in when they go in. And he must leave when they leave.

When they enter, the prince shall enter with them, and when they go out, he shall go out.

The prince will enter and leave with the people on these occasions.

When the people enter, the prince will enter with them, and when they leave, he will leave.

And when they go in, the prince shall go in among them; and when they go out, he shall go out.

The prince shall then be in their midst. When they go in, he shall go in; and when they go out, he shall go out.

And the prince, when they go in, shall go in in the midst of them; and when they go forth, they shall go forth together.

When the people enter, the prince will enter with them, and when they leave, he will leave.

And the prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when they go forth, shall go forth.

The prince shall go in with them when they go in. When they go out, he shall go out.

I will remember and weep! For I was once walking along with the great throng to the temple of God, shouting and giving thanks along with the crowd as we celebrated the holy festival.

They held a feast before the LORD that day and celebrated. Then they designated Solomon, David’s son, as king a second time; before the LORD they anointed him as ruler and Zadok as priest.

David told the entire assembly:“ Praise the LORD your God!” So the entire assembly praised the LORD God of their ancestors; they bowed down and stretched out flat on the ground before the LORD and the king.

The king and all the people were presenting sacrifices to the LORD.King Solomon sacrificed 22,000 cattle and 120,000 sheep. Then the king and all the people dedicated God’s temple.

teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

“ To the angel of the church in Ephesus, write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who has a firm grasp on the seven stars in his right hand– the one who walks among the seven golden lampstands:

The king went up to the LORD’s temple, accompanied by all the people of Judah, the residents of Jerusalem, the priests, and the Levites. All the people were there, from the oldest to the youngest. He read aloud all the words of the scroll of the covenant that had been discovered in the LORD’s temple.The king stood by his pillar and renewed the covenant before the LORD, agreeing to follow the LORD and to obey his commandments, laws, and rules with all his heart and being, by carrying out the terms of this covenant recorded on this scroll.

I was glad because they said to me,“ We will go to the LORD’s temple.”Our feet are standing inside your gates, O Jerusalem.Jerusalem is a city designed to accommodate an assembly.The tribes go up there, the tribes of the LORD, where it is required that Israel give thanks to the name of the LORD.

Now David, wearing a linen ephod, was dancing with all his strength before the LORD.David and all Israel were bringing up the ark of the LORD, shouting and blowing trumpets.As the ark of the LORD entered the City of David, Saul’s daughter Michal looked out the window. When she saw King David leaping and dancing before the LORD, she despised him.They brought the ark of the LORD and put it in its place in the middle of the tent that David had pitched for it. Then David offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before the LORD.When David finished offering the burnt sacrifices and peace offerings, he pronounced a blessing over the people in the name of the LORD of hosts.He then handed out to each member of the entire assembly of Israel, both men and women, a portion of bread, a date cake, and a raisin cake. Then all the people went home.

Then all the men of Judah and Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem with Jehoshaphat leading them; the LORD had given them reason to rejoice over their enemies.They entered Jerusalem to the sound of stringed instruments and trumpets and proceeded to the temple of the LORD.

But Christ is faithful as a son over God’s house. We are of his house, if in fact we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope we take pride in.

Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin.Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.

For where two or three are assembled in my name, I am there among them.”

O LORD, I have built a lofty temple for you, a place where you can live permanently.”Then the king turned around and pronounced a blessing over the whole Israelite assembly as they stood there.He said,“ The LORD God of Israel is worthy of praise because he has fulfilled what he promised my father David.

They read from the book of God’s law, explaining it and imparting insight. Thus the people gained understanding from what was read.Then Nehemiah the governor, Ezra the priestly scribe, and the Levites who were imparting understanding to the people said to all of them,“ This day is holy to the LORD your God. Do not mourn or weep.” For all the people had been weeping when they heard the words of the law.

The entire assembly worshiped, as the singers sang and the trumpeters played. They continued until the burnt sacrifice was completed.When the sacrifices were completed, the king and all who were with him bowed down and worshiped.
