I came to the exiles who lived at Tel Aviv near the Kebar River. And there, where they were living, I sat among them for seven days— deeply distressed.

I came to my people who had been brought as prisoners to Tel Aviv. It was near the Kebar River. I went to where they were living. There I sat among them for seven days. I was very sad and scared about everything that had happened.

And I came to the exiles at Tel-abib, who were dwelling by the Chebar canal, and I sat where they were dwelling. And I sat there overwhelmed among them seven days.

Then I came to the colony of Judean exiles in Tel abib, beside the Kebar River. I was overwhelmed and sat among them for seven days.

我們曾坐在巴比倫的河畔，在那裡我們一想起錫安就哭了。

他們就七天七夜與他一起坐在地上，沒有人向他說一句話，因為他們看出他極其痛苦。

他們到了約旦河東岸的亞達禾場，就在那裡大大地哀悼痛哭。約瑟為他父親舉哀七天。

第三十年四月五日，我正在迦巴魯河邊的時候，天開了，我就看見神的異象；那時，我是在被擄的人中間。

我一聽見，就全身發抖；因這聲音，我嘴唇震顫。腐爛侵蝕我骨，我在站立之地戰兢。我靜候災難之日，犯境的民上來。

我所見的異象，好像我在他來毀滅那城的時候所見的異象一樣，又像我在迦巴魯河邊所見的異象一般，我就俯伏在地上。

論到那些先知，我的心在我裡面破碎，我全身的骨頭都發抖。因為耶和華的緣故，又因為他的聖言的緣故，我就像一個醉酒的人，像一個被酒灌醉的人。

後來基路伯也升起（這些就是我在迦巴魯河邊所看見的活物）。

於是，我起來，出到平原去，看見耶和華的榮耀停在那裡，這榮耀就像我在迦巴魯河邊看見的一樣。於是我俯伏在地。
