干耶和華震怒、耶路撒冷猶大之民、咸被驅逐。

爾昔栽培、使其葱蘢兮、今爾震怒、使彼葡萄、為火焚燬、為人斬伐、根株槁兮。

株幹堅強、堪作長者之杖、可謂枝繁幹偉矣。

爾當為以色列牧伯作哀歌、

彼作惡事、災及其身、如荊棘之遭焚、如叢林之被爇、烟燄上騰。萬有之主耶和華震怒、燬其國民、有若蒭蕘、焚之務盡、雖兄弟不相顧、

我有大憂、痛心不已、倘吾能救兄弟骨肉之親、即絕基督、亦所願也、彼固以色列人、為上帝眾子、有榮光、盟約、律法、禮儀、應許、

以色列族無王公、無祭祀、無公服、不奉雕柱、不事偶像、

尼布甲尼撒王使之指上帝而誓、永不離叛、王猶強項不馴、剛愎乃心、不歸以色列族之上帝耶和華、更背尼布甲尼撒王。

主耶和華曰、惟爾以色列族之君、爽約作惡、必罰其罪、時日已至、當去冠脫冕、不以斯人為王、使高者降為卑、卑者升為高、

耶和華所沐以膏、我所賴以得生、至異邦中、望其庇蔭者、今陷於坎阱兮。

棘曰、如爾誠欲膏我、立我為王、當藉我蔭為蔽、不然、願火自棘出、燬利巴嫩之柏香木。

眾呼曰、去之去之、釘十字架、彼拉多曰、爾曹之王、可釘十字架乎、祭司諸長對曰、該撒外無我王、

民曰、不畏耶和華、故無君上、如有王公、其奈我何、

人將曳爾妻子、見迦勒底人、爾亦不能脫其手、必為巴比倫王所獲、斯邑必焚以火、皆爾自取。

猶大族中、代有秉鈞執政之人、待賜安者至、民咸歸之。

既近、見城、哭、

故耶和華怒耶路撒冷、猶大之民、咸驅逐之、西底家叛巴比倫王。

蓋王子於立約之後、不以盟誓為重、而爽其約、故不能免難。主耶和華又曰、彼藐視約言、而背我命、我指己而誓、必罰其罪、罹之以網羅、陷之以坎阱、曳至巴比倫、在彼降災、以罰其罪、

彼吞雅各家、毀其居處兮、

大闢之宅、已傾圮矣、今而後、我將復起之、而彌其隙、復起其頹垣、而再建之、與昔無異、

南郊之林、宜聽耶和華之言、主耶和華曰、我必燃火林間、凡爾樹木、或青或枯、焚之務盡、其燄不滅、自南及北、四周盡燬、

人投之火、焚其兩端、並燬其中、安能適於用哉、

爾罰我罪、使我國之豐亨見奪於異邦列王、彼轄我及我牲畜、任意以為、使我艱苦備嘗。
