法老剛愎厥心、追襲爾後、我姑聽之、迨殲法老、覆其軍、以獲大榮、使埃及人知行是事者、我耶和華也。以色列族遵命而行。○

我要使法老的心刚硬，他要追赶他们，我便在法老和他全军身上得荣耀；埃及人就知道我是耶和华。”于是以色列人这样行了。

我必使之剛愎厥心、追襲於後、我將獲榮於法老、及其軍旅、俾埃及人知我為耶和華、以色列人遂如是行、

我使法老剛愎其心、追以色列人、我則因法老與其全軍而獲大榮、俾伊及人知我乃主、以色列人遂如此行、

And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So the Israelites did this.

I will make Pharaoh stubborn. He will chase them. But I will gain glory for myself because of what will happen to Pharaoh and his whole army. And the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So the Israelites camped by the Red Sea.

And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them, and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, and the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord.” And they did so.

And once again I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will chase after you. I have planned this in order to display my glory through Pharaoh and his whole army. After this the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord!” So the Israelites camped there as they were told.

上帝欲彰厥威、示其能、每恆忍包容諸可怒可毀之器、而以大榮示我儕蒙召者、

我行是、使埃及人知我乃耶和華。

經諭法老云、我使爾崛興、以顯我能、我名播揚於天下、

法老剛愎厥心、我姑聽之、俟我多施異跡奇事於埃及地。

然我使爾崛興、以顯我能、我名播揚於天下。

緣此耶和華命我、以杖擊河水、立變為血、使爾知彼乃耶和華。

惟爾吹氣、海淹其敵、如鉛之沉、沒於洪水。諸上帝中、孰克與耶和華頡頏、至聖至榮、可畏可頌、獨行異跡、誰堪比儗。

恐列國之民、以我為無能、為藐視我名、故我顯現、導之出埃及、入於曠野、使列國人目睹。

埃及人必剛愎厥心以襲、我姑聽之。我必勝法老、爰及軍旅車馬、以獲大榮。我行是、則埃及人知我乃耶和華。○

異邦族類、必聞而畏、非利士民必悚然懼、以東諸伯必觳觫、摩押英豪必戰慄、迦南居民必喪膽。無不驚駭、爾施厥能敵不敢動、屹然如石、待耶和華所得之民經其地。

自謂此非巴比倫大城、我所建造者乎、我以之為國都、顯我能、彰我榮、言未竟、自天有聲曰、上帝有命、爾將失國、當驅逐爾、不與人偕居、而與獸錯處、嚙蒭若牛、以待七年之屆、俾知至上者、操權於寰區、隨意昇降、我即於斯時、遭此災患、倏被驅逐、不與人居、嚙蒭若牛、身為露所霑濡、首髮長若鷹翮、指甲利若鳥爪、其日既屆、我尼布甲尼撒仰觀乎天、心復靈慧、頌美至上永生之主、其國靡暨、永世弗替、斯世之億兆、藐乎其小、有如無物、天下軍旅、地下人民、上帝隨意而作、其取之、孰能禦之、其為之、孰能詰之、是時我得靈慧、光復舊物、尊榮赫耀、我之議士牧伯、再謁見我、我國復立、威儀郁郁、故我尼布甲尼撒、頌美稱譽天王、其所為者惟秉大公、真實無妄、惟驕其志者、上帝使之卑微。

厥後、我聞在天、群眾大聲曰、我主上帝、賜我得救、宜其有尊榮權力、當讚美之、上帝鞫人、維公維正、大淫婦以淫亂誘天下、流上帝僕之血、故上帝罪之、為伸其冤、又言當讚美乎主、則見淫婦受烙、其火炎上、永世不熄、二十四老、與四靈物、俯伏拜居位之上帝、曰、心所願若是、當讚美乎主、聲自位出云、凡事上帝而寅畏者、自尊逮卑、無不當頌禱上帝、我聞如群眾聲、如濤泙湃聲、如雷震轟聲、云、全能之主上帝、秉權以治、故讚美之、

耶和華諭摩西曰、汝歸時、我命爾所行之異跡、爾必行於法老前、法老不釋我民、剛愎厥心、我姑聽之。爾可告法老曰、耶和華視以色列族、同於冢子、故諭爾云、當釋我子、使為我服役、不然、必殺爾冢子。○摩西行於途、至憩息所、耶和華欲置之死地。西坡喇取利石、為子行割禮、所斷之皮、擲於足前、曰、爾為我夫、何殘忍若此。西坡喇言是、蓋為行割禮也。既行是禮耶和華釋摩西。○耶和華諭亞倫曰、詣野迓摩西。乃往迓之於上帝之山、接吻為禮。摩西以耶和華遣之、使行異跡、告於亞倫。摩西亞倫遂招集以色列長老。亞倫以耶和華命摩西言告長老、行異跡與民前。民篤信之、既聞耶和華眷顧以色列族、矜其患難、無不稽首崇拜、

法老仍剛愎厥心、不肯聽從、而耶和華之前言應矣。○耶和華謂摩西曰、法老剛愎乃心、不肯釋民。

人即自高、昂首仰視、必使之屈抑而卑微、蓋是日也、耶和華尊無二上。時日將至、萬有之主耶和華、必折驕矜者之氣、使自高者降而為卑。

斯土居民、封其尸骸、我得尊榮、以是日為吉日、我耶和華已言之矣。

夫埃及人妄自誇大、而耶和華超軼其上、我故知耶和華較諸上帝為尤大。

法老及其臣民、妄自誇大、爾亦知之、故行異跡奇事、罰及其身、是以爾名播揚、逮乎今日、

經云、上帝任其昏昧、目不見、耳不聞、至於今日、

主耶和華曰、西頓與、我必罰爾、彰我公義、既降災於爾、使爾敬余、則知我乃耶和華。
