In majesty he is like a firstborn bull; his horns are the horns of a wild ox. With them he will gore the nations, even those at the ends of the earth. Such are the ten thousands of Ephraim; such are the thousands of Manasseh.”

His glory is like the glory of a bull born first to its mother. His horns are like the horns of a wild ox. He will use them to destroy the nations. He’ll wipe out the nations that are very far away. The ten thousands of men in Ephraim’s army are like the bull and the ox. So are the thousands in the army of Manasseh.”

A firstborn bull— he has majesty, and his horns are the horns of a wild ox; with them he shall gore the peoples, all of them, to the ends of the earth; they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.”

Joseph has the majesty of a young bull; he has the horns of a wild ox. He will gore distant nations, even to the ends of the earth. This is my blessing for the multitudes of Ephraim and the thousands of Manasseh.”

基拿拿的兒子西底家做了些鐵角，說：“耶和華這樣說：‘你要用這些鐵角牴觸亞蘭人，直到把他們完全消滅。’”

領他出埃及的神，對他好像野牛的角；他要吞吃敵國，打碎他們的骨頭，用箭射透他們。

以色列的長子流本的兒子如下（流本雖然是長子，但是因為他玷污了他父親的床，他長子的名分就歸給以色列的兒子約瑟的兒子，所以按著家譜他不算是長子。

你卻高舉了我的角，像野牛的角；你用新油膏抹我。

他父親卻不肯，說：“我知道，我兒啊，我知道，他也要成為一族，也要強大；只是他弟弟比他還要強大，他的後裔要成為多族。”

“以法蓮啊！我要怎樣待你呢？猶大啊，我要怎樣待你呢？你們的愛心像早晨的雲霧；又像瞬即消逝的朝露。

野牛、牛犢與壯牛要與他們一同倒下，他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土因脂肪而肥潤。

求你拯救我脫離獅子的口，拯救我脫離野牛的角。你已經應允了我。

這些就是瑪拿西的各家族，他們被數點的，共有五萬二千七百人。

他使黎巴嫩山跳躍像牛犢，使西連山跳躍像野牛犢。

“我醫治以色列的時候，以法蓮的罪孽，和撒瑪利亞的罪惡就顯露出來；因為他們行欺詐，小偷入屋偷竊，強盜在外搶劫。

基拿拿的兒子西底家為自己做了些鐵角，說：“耶和華這樣說：‘你要用這些鐵角牴觸亞蘭人，直到把他們完全消滅。’”

我認識以法蓮，以色列也瞞不住我；以法蓮啊！現在你竟行淫，以色列竟玷污了自己。

野牛怎肯作你的僕人，或在你的槽旁過夜呢？你怎能用套繩把野牛繫在犁溝呢？牠怎肯跟著你耙山谷之地呢？

這些就是以法蓮子孫的各家族，按著他們各家族被數點的，共有三萬二千五百人。按著他們的家族，這些都是約瑟的子孫。
