降下瑪拿、賜之得食、賜以天上之糧、世人得食天使之食物、天主賜糧、使之飽飫、

爾未導我至流乳與蜜之地、亦未將田畝與葡萄園給我為業、爾欲抉是眾之目乎、我必不來、

皆飲靈飲、所飲者乃自隨之之靈磐所出、此磐即基督、

以色列人食瑪拿歷四十年、至入可居之地、彼食瑪拿至入迦南境、

凡較力爭勝者、諸事撙節修持、彼眾行此、欲得易壤之冠、我儕行此、欲得不壞之冠、

以色列人之怨言、我已聞之、當告之曰、夕必得食肉、朝必食糧得飽、使爾知我耶和華乃爾之天主、
