王看见圣洁的守望者从天而降，说，‘将这树砍倒、毁灭，但把树丕用铁环和铜环箍住留在野地的青草中，让他被天上的露水浸湿，与野兽一起吃草，达七年之久。’

耶稣上岸后，迎面遇见当地一个被鬼附身的人。那人长期赤身露体，不住在房屋里，只住在墓穴中。他一见到耶稣，就扑倒在祂面前，高声喊叫：“至高上帝的儿子耶稣，我和你有什么关系？求求你，不要折磨我！”这是因为耶稣已命令污鬼离开那人。那人多次被污鬼操纵，人们用铁链脚镣把他锁起来看管，他竟把锁链也扯断，被鬼催逼到荒野。

但那妇人得到一对巨鹰的翅膀，使她能飞到旷野，去上帝为她预备的地方避难，在那里被照顾三年半。

话未说完，天上就有声音说：“尼布甲尼撒王啊，你听着，你已失去王权。你必从人群中被赶走，与野兽同住，像牛一样吃草，达七年之久，直到你知道至高者主宰世上万国，祂要把国赐给谁就赐给谁。”这话立刻应验在尼布甲尼撒身上。他从人群中被赶走，像牛一样吃草，身体被天上的露水浸湿，直到他的头发长如鹰毛，指甲长如鸟爪。

天地都要消亡，但你永远长存。天地都会像衣服渐渐破旧，
