Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.

Many people who lie dead in their graves will wake up. Some will rise up to life that will never end. Others will rise up to shame that will never end.

And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

我對神所懷有的盼望也是這些人自己所期望的，就是義人和不義的人將來都要復活。

看哪，我告訴你們一個奧祕：我們並不是都要睡了，而是都要被改變，就在一刹那，眨眼之間，在那最後的號角聲中。的確，號角要吹響，死人要復活成為不朽壞的，我們也要被改變；因為這會朽壞的，必須穿上不朽壞的；這會死的，必須穿上不死的。一旦這會朽壞的穿上那不朽壞的，這會死的穿上那不死的，經上所記的話就會應驗了：「死亡被勝利吞滅了！」

我又看見死去的人，無論尊貴卑微，都站在那寶座前。書卷都打開了；另有一個書卷也打開了，這就是生命冊。死去的人都憑著書卷中所記的，照著他們的行為受審判。

我們既然相信耶穌死而復活了，照樣也相信，那些藉著耶穌已經睡了的人，神將要把他們與耶穌一同帶來。

耶穌對她說：「你弟弟會復活的。」瑪妲說：「我知道在末日復活的時候，他會復活。」耶穌對她說：「我就是復活，我就是生命。信我的人，即使死了，也將要活。所有活著而信我的人絕不會死，直到永遠。你信這話嗎？」

「他們會出去看那些悖逆我之人的屍體。要知道，吃那些人的蟲是不死的，燒那些人的火是不滅的；那些人必被一切有血肉的所憎惡。」

但如今，基督已經從死人中復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子，因為死亡既然是由一個人而來，死人的復活也是由一個人而來。原來，就像在亞當裡所有的人都死了，照樣，在基督裡所有的人也都將得以復活，

耶穌回答說：「你們錯了，因為你們不明白經上的話，也不明白神的大能。復活的時候，人既不娶也不嫁，而是像天上的天使一樣。關於死人復活的事，你們難道沒有讀過神對你們所說的話嗎？神說『我是亞伯拉罕的神、以撒的神、雅各的神。』神不是死人的神，而是活人的神。」

難道陶匠沒有權柄從同一團泥中，既造出貴重的器皿，又造出卑賤的器皿嗎？
