但耶和华选召我，叫我不再跟随羊群；他对我说：‘你去，向我民以色列说预言。’

我守群畜、耶和華選我、告我曰、當播言於我民、以色列族中、

我守群羊、主選我、原文作主由群羊後選我主又命我曰、往哉、述預言於我民以色列人眾、

But the Lord called me away from my flock and told me,‘ Go and prophesy to my people in Israel.’

and Jehovah took me from following the flock, and Jehovah said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

Then the LORD took me from tending flocks and gave me this commission,‘ Go! Prophesy to my people Israel!’

and Yahweh took me from following the flock, and Yahweh said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

现在你要对我的仆人大卫这样说：‘万军之耶和华这样说：我把你从牧场中、从照顾羊群的工作中拣选出来，使你作我子民以色列的领袖，

他对我说：“人子啊！我差派你到以色列人那里去，就是到那背叛我的叛逆国民那里去！他们和他们的列祖都得罪了我，直到今日。这人民十分顽固，心里刚硬，我差派你到他们那里去。你要对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说。’

耶和华对我说：“你不要说：‘我年轻’，因为无论我差你到谁那里，你都要去；无论我吩咐你说什么，你都要说。

可是圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必领受能力，并且要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地、撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证人。”

他拣选了自己的仆人大卫，把他从羊圈中召出来；他领他出来，使他不再跟着那些母羊，却要牧养他的子民雅各，和他的产业以色列。于是大卫以正直的心牧养他们，灵巧地引导他们。

耶稣在加利利海边行走的时候，看见兄弟二人，就是名叫彼得的西门和他的弟弟安得烈，正在把网撒到海里去；他们是渔夫。耶稣就对他们说：“来跟从我，我要使你们作得人的渔夫。”

又说：“经上这样记着：基督必须受害，第三天从死人中复活。人要奉他的名，传讲悔改与赦罪的道，从耶路撒冷起，直传到万国。你们就是这些事的见证。

“你们去，站在殿里，把一切有关这生命的话，都讲给众民听。”

彼得和众使徒回答：“服从神过于服从人，是应当的。你们挂在木头上亲手杀害的耶稣，我们祖先的神已经使他复活了。神把他高举在自己的右边，作元首作救主，把悔改的心赐给了以色列人，使他们罪得赦免。我们为这些事作证，神赐给顺从的人的圣灵也为这些事作证。”

耶稣从那里往前走，看见一个人，名叫马太，坐在税关那里，就对他说：“来跟从我！”他就起来跟从了耶稣。

我们看见的听见的，不能不说！”
