他的仆人上前，对他说：“我父啊，先知如果吩咐你作一件大事，你不是照着行吗？何况他只是说：‘你去沐浴就得洁净’呢？”

他的仆人进前来，对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你岂不做吗？何况说你去沐浴而得洁净呢？”

他的仆人近前来，对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你岂不做吗？何况是吩咐你去沐浴，得洁净呢？”

他的仆人近前来，对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你岂不做吗？何况是吩咐你去沐浴，得洁净呢？”

他的仆人上前对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，难道你会不去做吗？何况他只是说你去洗洗就可以洁净！”

他的僕人近前來，對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你豈不做嗎？何況是吩咐你去沐浴，得潔淨呢？」

他的僕人上前對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，難道你會不去做嗎？何況他只是說你去洗洗就可以潔淨！」

他的僕人走近前來對他說道：『我父啊，神言人若吩咐你一件大事，你難道不作麼？何況他只對你說：「你去洗澡，而得潔淨」呢？』

其僕進而謂之曰、我父歟、先知若命爾行一大事、爾豈不行之、況僅言沐浴而得潔乎、

其從者至前、告曰、我主歟、如先知以難成之事使爾、爾豈有所不為、況彼第言、濯身而成潔乎。

其僕至前告曰、我父歟、如先知以難成之事命爾、爾亦當為之、況第言浴身而成潔乎、

Naaman’s servants went to him and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you,‘ Wash and be cleansed’!”

Naaman’s servants went over to him. They said,“ You are like a father to us. What if Elisha the prophet had told you to do some great thing? Wouldn’t you have done it? But he only said,‘ Wash yourself. Then you will be pure and“ clean.” ’ You should be even more willing to do that!”

But his servants came near and said to him,“ My father, it is a great word the prophet has spoken to you; will you not do it? Has he actually said to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

But his officers tried to reason with him and said,“ Sir, if the prophet had told you to do something very difficult, wouldn’t you have done it? So you should certainly obey him when he says simply,‘ Go and wash and be cured!’”

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he only tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

Then his servants approached and spoke to him, saying,“ My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do something great, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

But his servants approached and said to him,“ My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more should you do it when he tells you,‘ Wash and be clean’?”

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father,[ if] the prophet had bid thee[ do some] great thing, wouldest thou not have done[ it]? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

His servants approached and said to him,“ O master, if the prophet had told you to do some difficult task, you would have been willing to do it. It seems you should be happy that he simply said,“ Wash and you will be healed.”

His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had asked you do some great thing, wouldn’t you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean?’”

以色列王看见他们，就对以利沙说：“我父啊，我可以击杀他们吗？”

以利沙看见，就喊叫：“我父！我父！以色列的战车马兵啊！”跟着就不再看见他了。以利沙抓住自己的衣服，把它撕成两片。

以利沙患了必死的病。以色列王约阿施下到他那里，伏在他的脸上哭，说：“父啊，父啊！以色列的战车和骑兵啊！”

宫中的臣宰古实人以伯．米勒，在王宫里听见他们把耶利米关在井里的消息（那时，王正在便雅悯门坐着），以伯．米勒就从王宫里出来，禀告王说：“我主我王啊！这些人对耶利米先知所作的一切真是恶毒，他们把他丢在井里；在那地方他必饿死，因为城里再没有粮食了。”于是王吩咐古实人以伯．米勒说：“你从这里带三十个人，在耶利米先知未死以前，把他从井里拉上来。”

但是在人心里面有灵，全能者的气息使人有聪明。年纪大的不都有智慧，年老的不都能明白是非，

我对他说：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他告诉我：“这些人是从大患难中出来的。他们用羊羔的血，把自己的衣袍洗洁白了。

为的是要用水藉着道把教会洗净，成为圣洁，可以作荣耀的教会归给自己，什么污点皱纹等也没有，而是圣洁没有瑕疵的。

但是神却拣选了世上愚笨的，使那些有智慧的羞愧。他也拣选了世上软弱的，使那些刚强的羞愧。

以利沙差派一个使者去见他说：“你去在约旦河中沐浴七次，你的身体就会复原，得着洁净。”

拿八的一个仆人告诉拿八的妻子亚比该说：“大卫从旷野派遣使者来向我们的主人问候，主人却辱骂了他们。但是，那些人对我们很好。我们在田野与他们往来的时候，他们都没有侮辱我们，我们也从没有遗失过什么。我们与他们在一起牧羊的日子，他们日夜都作保护我们的墙。现在，你要想一想，看看你该怎么办，因为灾祸必定临到我们的主人和他的全家。他是一个性情凶恶的人，没有人敢对他说话。”

纵然你们在基督里有上万的启蒙教师，可是父亲却不多，因为是我在基督耶稣里藉着福音生了你们。

他就救了我们，并不是由于我们所行的义，而是照着他的怜悯，藉着重生的洗和圣灵的更新。

求你彻底洗净我的罪孽，洁除我的罪。

亚兰王的臣仆对亚兰王说：“以色列人的神是山神，所以他们比我们强；但我们若是在平原上与他们争战，我们必比他们强大。

于是哈薛去见以利沙。他带着礼物，就是大马士革各样的美物，由四十匹骆驼驮着，去站在他的面前，说：“你的儿子亚兰王便．哈达派我到你这里来，问你说：‘我这病能痊愈吗？’”

因为在神的智慧里，世人凭自己的智慧，既然不能认识神，神就乐意藉着所传的愚笨的道理，去拯救那些信的人。

彼得说：“不行，你千万不可洗我的脚！”耶稣说：“如果我不洗你，你就与我没有关系了。”

现在你为什么还耽搁呢？起来受洗，求告他的名，洗净你的罪吧。’

我们良心的邪恶既然被洒净，身体也用清水洗净了，那么，我们就应该怀着真诚的心和完备的信，进到神面前；

不要称呼地上的人为父，因为只有一位是你们的父，就是天父。

又叫约瑟坐在他的副车里，有人在他前面喊着：“跪下。”这样，法老任命了约瑟治理埃及全地。

求你用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净；求你洗净我，我就比雪更白。

他的臣仆对他说：“我们听说以色列家的王都是仁慈的王；我们不如腰束麻布，头套绳索，出去投降以色列王，或许他会使你的性命存活。”

她对她的女主人说：“如果我的主人去见撒玛利亚的先知就好了，他必定能治好他的痲风。”

你们要洗涤自己，洁净自己；从我眼前除掉你们的恶行；要停止作恶，

万军之耶和华对你们说：“藐视我名的祭司啊！儿子尊敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人。我若是父亲，我该受的尊敬在哪里呢？我若是主人，我应得的敬畏在哪里呢？”你们却说：“我们怎样藐视了你的名呢？”

这水预表的洗礼，现在也拯救你们：不是除去肉体的污秽，而是藉着耶稣基督的复活，向神许愿常存纯洁的良心。
