万军之耶和华说：“我要差遣我的使者为我开路。你们所寻求的主必突然来到祂的殿中。你们所期盼的那位立约的使者快要来了！”然而，祂来临的日子，谁能承受得了呢？祂出现的时候，谁能站立得住呢？因为祂像炼金之火，又像漂白衣裳的碱。

他带我从北门来到殿前，我看见耶和华的荣光充满了祂的殿，我就俯伏在地。

耶和华的天使伸出手中的杖碰了一下饼和肉，火就从磐石中喷出来烧尽了它们。耶和华的天使也不见了。

祭司从圣所出来的时候，就有云彩充满了耶和华的殿，以致祭司不能留在殿里供职，因为那里充满了耶和华的荣光。

那时，有云彩遮盖会幕，耶和华的荣光充满了圣幕。摩西不能进会幕，因为云彩停在上面，耶和华的荣光充满了圣幕。

太阳下山后，大地黑暗，突然有冒烟的火炉和点着的火炬在肉块中经过。

所罗门跪在耶和华的坛前，举着手向耶和华祷告完毕，便站起来高声为以色列全体会众祝福：“耶和华当受称颂！祂照着应许赐平安给祂的以色列子民。祂从前借着仆人摩西赐下的美好应许一句也没有落空。愿我们的上帝耶和华与我们同在，就像与我们的祖先同在一样。愿祂永远都不撇下我们，不丢弃我们，使我们的心归向祂，遵行祂的旨意，谨守祂吩咐我们祖先的诫命、律例和典章。愿我们的上帝耶和华昼夜顾念我在祂面前的这些祈求，天天护佑祂的仆人和祂的以色列子民，叫地上万民都知道，耶和华是独一无二的上帝。愿你们像今天一样专心事奉我们的上帝耶和华，遵行祂的律法，谨守祂的诫命。”

然后，你们求告你们神明的名字，我求告耶和华，那听祷告降下火来的就是上帝。”众人非常赞同他的主意。

上帝的灵把我举起，带我进入内院，耶和华的荣光充满圣殿。

吹号的和歌乐手一起同声赞美和称谢耶和华，伴随着号、钹及各种乐器的声音，高声赞美耶和华：“祂是美善的，祂的慈爱永远长存！”那时，有云彩充满了耶和华的殿，以致祭司不能在殿里供职，因为殿里充满了耶和华上帝的荣光。

他们还没有求告，我就已经应允；他们正要祷告，我就已经垂听。

圣城里不需要太阳和月亮的光照耀，因为有上帝的荣光照耀，羔羊就是圣城的灯。

我要在那里和以色列人相会，我的荣耀将使整座会幕圣洁。

当他进去的时候，基路伯天使站在殿的南边，内院充满了云彩。耶和华的荣耀从基路伯天使的上面升起，停在殿的门口，殿里充满了云彩，院子也充满了耶和华荣耀的光辉。

祷告完后，聚会的地方震动起来，他们都被圣灵充满，放胆传扬上帝的道。

我继续祷告，承认我和同胞以色列人的罪，为我上帝耶和华的圣山在祂面前祈求。

半夜，保罗和西拉祷告、唱诗赞美上帝，其他的囚犯都侧耳倾听。突然间发生大地震，整座监狱的地基都摇动起来，牢门立刻全开了，囚犯的锁链也都松开了。

万军之耶和华说，我要震动万国，万国的珍宝都要送到这殿，我要使这殿充满荣耀。万军之耶和华说，金子是我的，银子也是我的。万军之耶和华说，我要使这殿比从前更加荣耀。万军之耶和华说，我要在这地方赐下平安。’”

乌西雅王驾崩那年，我看见主坐在高高的宝座上，衣袍下垂，覆盖了圣殿。在祂上方侍立着撒拉弗天使，他们各有三对翅膀：一对遮脸，一对遮脚，一对飞翔。他们彼此呼喊：“圣哉，圣哉，圣哉，万军之耶和华！祂的荣耀充满大地。”他们的声音震动圣殿的根基，圣殿里烟云弥漫。
