彼時號令一出。總領天神一呼、天主之號角一鳴、主乃自天降臨、而已亡之信徒、既先復活；

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

耶穌必乘雲而臨、眾目必見之、剌之者亦見之、世間諸族將為之哀哭、誠哉此言、阿們、

我今以奧妙示爾、我儕不盡死、而皆必變化、即於傾刻轉瞬之間、角末次吹響之時、蓋角必響、死者復活、而永不壞、且我儕皆必變化、

但各依其次、首基督復活、後基督降臨時、屬基督者復活、

曰、迦利利人、爾曹何立此仰天而望乎、此耶穌離爾升天、爾見其如是升天、後必如是而來、○

先知曰、主必為民顯現、主發之矢、猶如電閃、主天主必吹角、乘南方之烈風而至、

天主上升、有歡呼之聲、主上升、角聲大作、

此乃首次之復活、其餘死者、尚不復活、必待千年滿也、凡得首次復活者、福矣、聖矣、二次之死、無權及其身、彼必為天主及基督之祭司、並與基督同王一千年、○

至第三日黎明、山上有雷電密雲、角聲甚厲、營中之民、無不戰慄、

天使長米迦勒為摩西之屍與魔爭、猶不敢用謗言以罪之、惟曰、主責爾、

耶穌曰、爾言之矣、我且告爾、此後爾將見人子坐於權能者之右、乘天雲而來、

論及我主耶穌基督之降臨、及我儕會集而就彼、

主之日至、如盜乘夜而來、當時天大震響而逝、體質被烈火銷鎔、地與地上造作之物皆被焚燬、

未見雅各有愆尤、未見以色列有罪戾、其天主耶和華偕之、其中有王、因歡聲而呼、

我又見一天使、飛於天中、聞其大聲曰、尚有三天使將吹角、因其角聲、居地之萬民、禍哉、禍哉、禍哉、

我聞自天有聲語我曰、爾當筆之於書、今而後、信主而死者、乃為有福、聖神曰、然、蓋彼息其勞、其功亦隨之、○

遇主日、感於聖神、聞我後有大聲如吹角、

主天主必除滅死亡、至於永遠、拭淚於一切人之面、在普天之下洗其民之辱、蓋主言之矣、當是日人將曰、此乃我之天主、素望其救我、此乃我素所望之主、當因其救恩欣喜歡樂、

眾民見雷電交作、角鳴甚厲、山上騰煙、遂退而遠立、

爾於所羅巴伯前之巨山、何足稱道、必變為平地、彼取首石、人必歡呼云、恩寵必降其上、恩寵必降其上原文作恩寵恩寵歸之
