He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

敬主虔誠人、主護其步履、使惡人亡於幽暗、蓋恃己力不能獲勝、

He will guard the feet of his faithful servants, but the wicked will be silenced in the place of darkness.“ It is not by strength that one prevails;

He guards the paths of his faithful servants. But evil people will lie silent in their dark graves.“ People don’t win just because they are strong.

“ He will guard the feet of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness, for not by might shall a man prevail.

“ He will protect his faithful ones, but the wicked will disappear in darkness. No one will succeed by strength alone.

He guards the steps of his faithful ones, but the wicked perish in darkness, for a person does not prevail by his own strength.

He watches over the feet of His godly ones, But the wicked ones are silenced in darkness; For not by might shall a person prevail.

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.They shall bear thee up in[ their] hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle[ shall be] in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin.

When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.

The steps of a[ good] man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth[ him with] his hand.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This[ is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

That day[ is] a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang[ it], and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth.So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but[ there was] no sword in the hand of David.

Yea, he loved the people; all his saints[ are] in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet;[ every one] shall receive of thy words.

All his days also he eateth in darkness, and[ he hath] much sorrow and wrath with his sickness.

A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise[ man] glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty[ man] glory in his might, let not the rich[ man] glory in his riches:

And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast[ him] into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

The LORD[ is] thy keeper: the LORD[ is] thy shade upon thy right hand.

I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race[ is] not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ,[ and] called:

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort[ you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

So the poor hath hope, and iniquity stoppeth her mouth.

These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

Why do we sit still? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the defenced cities, and let us be silent there: for the LORD our God hath put us to silence, and given us water of gall to drink, because we have sinned against the LORD.

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
