Then he lay down under the bush and fell asleep. All at once an angel touched him and said,“ Get up and eat.”

Then he lay down under the bush. And he fell asleep. Suddenly an angel touched him. The angel said,“ Get up and eat.”

And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him and said to him,“ Arise and eat.”

Then he lay down and slept under the broom tree. But as he was sleeping, an angel touched him and told him,“ Get up and eat!”

Then he lay down and slept under the broom tree. Suddenly, an angel touched him. The angel told him,“ Get up and eat.”

He stretched out and fell asleep under the shrub. All of a sudden an angelic messenger touched him and said,“ Get up and eat.”

He lay down and slept under a juniper tree; and behold, an angel touched him, and said to him,“ Arise and eat!”

来到一个地方，就在那里过夜，因为太阳已经落了。他拾起那地方的一块石头，把它放在头底下作枕头，就在那里躺下睡了。他作了一个梦，梦见一个梯子立在地上，梯顶直通到天，神的众使者在梯子上下往来。耶和华站在梯子上，说：“我是耶和华你祖父亚伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神，我要把你现在躺着的这块地赐给你和你的后裔。你的后裔必像地面的灰尘那么多；你必向东、南、西、北扩展；地上的万族必因你和你的后裔得福。我与你同在，你无论到哪里去，我必看顾你；我必领你回到这地方来，因为我必不离弃你，直到我实现了我对你所应许的。”

天使不都是服役的灵，奉差遣为那些要承受救恩的人效劳吗？

他说：“看哪！我要告诉你在神忿怒审判的后期必要发生的事，因为这是有关那末后的定期的。

少壮狮子有时还缺食挨饿，但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。

我还在祷告说话的时候，我先前在异象中所见的那位样貌像人的加百列，约在献晚祭的时候，快速地飞（“快速地飞”原文意思难确定，或译：“在精疲力竭时”）到我面前来。

你们为人不要贪爱钱财，要以现在所有的为满足；因为神亲自说过：“我决不撇下你，也不离弃你。”

我却仍听见他说话的声音；我一听见他说话的声音，就沉睡了，脸伏在地。忽然有一只手按在我身上，使我用膝和手掌勉强支持着要站起来。

耶和华的使者，在敬畏他的人周围扎营，搭救他们。

忽然，有主的一位使者出现，牢房里就光芒四射。天使拍拍彼得的肋旁，唤醒他，说：“快起来！”他手上的锁链就脱落了。
