Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.

弟兄姊妹，你们要在上帝面前保持自己蒙召时的身份。

我凭上帝赐给我的恩典劝告各位，不要自视过高，要照着上帝赐给各人的信心中肯地看待自己。就像我们身体的各部分有不同的功能，我们众人在基督里组成一个身体，彼此联结，息息相关。我们照所得的恩典各有不同的恩赐。说预言的，要按着信心的程度说预言；服侍的，要忠心服侍；教导的，要专一教导；劝勉的，要诚心劝勉；施舍的，要慷慨施舍；治理的，要殷勤治理；怜悯的，要甘心怜悯。

此外，我还挂虑众教会的事，天天承受着压力。

如果蒙召时已经受了割礼，不必消除割礼；如果蒙召时没有受割礼，也不必去受割礼。

各人应当保持自己蒙召时的身份。如果你蒙召时是奴隶，不必因此而烦恼。不过如果你可以获得自由，也不要放过机会。

我们还要派一位弟兄和他同去，这位弟兄在传福音的事上得到各地教会的赞许。

因为上帝不是叫人混乱的上帝，而是赐人平安的上帝。

人不结婚的原因很多，有些是因为先天的缺陷，有些是被人阉了，也有些是为了天国而自己放弃结婚的权利。谁能接受，就让他接受吧。”

虽然我希望人人都像我一样独身，但每个人从上帝所领受的恩赐不同，有的是这样，有的是那样。

按着自己所得的恩赐彼此服侍，做上帝各样恩典的好管家。能讲道的，要按着上帝的话去讲；能服侍人的，要本着上帝所赐的力量去服侍。这样，上帝会借着耶稣基督在一切的事上得到荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归于祂，直到永永远远。阿们！
