Cántico de los peregrinos.
1A ti, Señor, elevo mi clamor
desde las profundidades del abismo.
2Escucha, Señor, mi voz.
Estén atentos tus oídos a mi voz suplicante.
3Si tú, Señor, tomaras en cuenta los pecados,
¿quién, Señor, sería declarado inocente?130:3 sería declarado inocente? Lit. se mantendría en pie?
4Pero en ti se halla perdón,
y por eso debes ser temido.
5Espero al Señor, lo espero con toda el alma;
en su palabra he puesto mi esperanza.
6Espero al Señor con toda el alma,
más que los centinelas la mañana.
Como esperan los centinelas la mañana,
7así tú, Israel, espera al Señor.
Porque en él hay amor inagotable;
en él hay plena redención.
8Él mismo redimirá a Israel
de todos sus pecados.
