趁命令还没有发出，日子还没有像风前的糠秕一般吹过，耶和华的烈怒还没有临到你们，耶和华忿怒的日子还没有临到你们以前，你们要聚集起来！

即於命令未出、光陰未逝、其速如糠、耶和華烈怒未降、忿恚之日未至以先、會集而來、

其日伊邇、流光荏苒、譬諸飄風、簸揚秕糠、我命未出、爾當自省、而悔厥過、

祂发怒，谁能站立？祂发烈怒，谁能承受？祂的愤怒如火焰喷涌而出，磐石在祂面前崩裂。

他们像晨雾，如转瞬即逝的朝露，像麦场上飞旋而去的糠秕，又像窗口冒出的轻烟。

虽然万民喧嚣如汹涌的洪水，但上帝一声斥责，他们便逃往远方，像山顶上被风卷走的糠秕，又如狂风刮走的尘埃。

耶和华大发烈怒，倾倒祂的怒气，在锡安燃起大火，焚毁城的根基。

恶人的光景却截然不同！他们就像被风吹散的糠秕。

“因此，等着我吧，等着我指控的那一天吧。我已决定召集列国列邦，向他们倾倒我的烈怒，我的怒火必吞噬天下。这是耶和华说的。

他们何曾像风中的碎秸，像被暴风卷去的糠秕？

耶和华说，‘我要照犹大王所读的那书上的一切话，降灾难给这地方及这里的居民。因为他们背弃我，给别的神明烧香，制造偶像惹我发怒，我的怒火要在这地方燃烧，绝不止息。

在耶和华发怒的日子，他们的金银救不了他们。祂的怒火必吞噬大地，祂必骤然毁灭一切世人。”

“主要降临的应许在哪里？从我们的祖先长眠地下直到现在，万物依旧与创世之初一样。”他们故意忽略：太初，上帝凭口中的话语创造了诸天，并借着水从水中造出了地；后来，那个世界被水淹没而毁灭了。同样，现在的天地要凭上帝的话语存留到不敬虔的人被审判和毁灭的日子，那时天地要被火焚烧。亲爱的弟兄姊妹，有一件事你们不可忽略，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主的应许还未实现，有人以为祂拖延，其实祂不是拖延，而是在宽容你们。祂不愿任何人灭亡，愿意人人悔改。不过，主再来的日子要像贼一样突然临到。那日，诸天必在一声巨响中消失，有形有质的都要被烈火焚毁，大地和其中的一切将不复存在。

然而，玛拿西所行的一切惹怒耶和华，耶和华对犹大仍盛怒未息。耶和华说：“我要像驱逐以色列人一样将犹大人从我面前赶走。我要撇弃我所拣选的耶路撒冷和我名常在的殿。”

天地都要过去，但我的话永远长存。

耶和华不完成祂心中的计划决不息怒。将来你们会清楚地明白这一切。

“万军之耶和华说，‘那日要来临了，就像烧红的火炉，所有狂妄自大、作恶多端的人都要像碎秸一样被火烧尽，连根带枝，荡然无存。但必有公义的太阳为你们这些敬畏我名的人升起，它的光芒有医治的能力。你们必像栏中出来的牛犊一样欢欣跳跃。

“你们要努力进窄门，因为我告诉你们，将来有许多人想要进却进不去。当主人起来把门关闭之后，你们才站在外面叩门哀求，说，‘主啊，给我们开门吧！’主人必说，‘我不认识你们，你们是从哪里来的？’“那时，你们必说，‘我们不是在一起用过餐吗？你不是在街上教导过我们吗？’“主人必说，‘我告诉你们，我不认识你们，也不知道你们是从哪里来的。你们这些作恶的人，走开！’“当你们看见亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各和众先知在上帝的国，自己却被丢在门外，必要在那里哀哭切齿。

因为祂是我们的上帝，我们是祂照管的子民，是祂牧放的羊群。你们今日若听见祂的声音，不可像你们祖先在米利巴，在旷野的玛撒那样心里顽固。

忘记上帝的人啊，你们要省察，免得我毁灭你们，那时谁也救不了你们。

看啊，我要使你成为一具簇新、带许多利齿的打谷器。你要打烂高山，使丘陵碎如糠秕。你要簸它们，让风吹散它们，让狂风卷走它们。但你要以耶和华为喜乐，以以色列的圣者为荣耀。

他们却嘲弄耶和华上帝的使者，藐视祂的话，嘲笑祂的先知，以致祂的愤怒临到祂的子民身上，无可挽救。耶和华使迦勒底人的王起兵攻打他们，在他们的圣殿里用刀击杀他们的壮丁，毫不怜悯少男少女、老人和年高者。耶和华把他们全部交在他的手中。

要降服在祂儿子面前，免得祂发怒，你们便在罪恶中灭亡，因为祂的怒气将临。投靠祂的人有福了！

我是耶和华，我的话都必实现，决不迟延。你们这叛逆的人啊，我说的话必在你们有生之年应验！”这是主耶和华说的。
