Then the Lord will appear over them; his arrow will flash like lightning. The Sovereign Lord will sound the trumpet; he will march in the storms of the south,

是日也、將吹大角、流亡於亞述境、驅逐於埃及地者、咸來崇拜耶和華、在耶路撒冷之聖山、

論海濱原野之預示、○其來也、自曠野可畏之地、勢如南方之狂風、猛然掃過、

耶和華曰、我必為其四周之火垣、且為其中之榮、

我見有白馬、乘之者執弓、予之以冕、遂出、無往不勝也、○

譬彼飛鳥、迴翔顧雛、如是、萬軍之耶和華、必扞衛耶路撒冷、護庇而拯救之、踰越而保存之、

有能者歟、佩劍於腰、被爾尊榮威嚴兮、為誠實謙遜公義、赫然乘車前往、無不獲勝、爾之右手、必示爾可畏之事兮、爾矢銛利、穿王敵之心、眾民仆於爾下兮、

教之守我所命者、且我日偕爾至世末焉、

斯王與其土地、約書亞一時取之、蓋以色列之上帝耶和華為以色列人戰也、

則爾眾與以色列諸民、宜知斯人得愈、立於爾前、乃因拿撒勒耶穌基督之名、即爾所釘於十架、而上帝自死而起者也、彼乃爾工師所棄之石、已成屋隅首石矣、

適敵遁於以色列人前、在伯和崙阪、耶和華自天降大雹擊之、至亞西加、死於雹者、較以色列人以刃殺者尤眾、耶和華以亞摩利人付以色列族之日、約書亞祈禱耶和華、在以色列眾前曰、日其停於基遍、月其止於亞雅崙谷兮、日則停、月則止、待民復仇於敵、此事非書於雅煞珥紀乎、載云、日停於天中、不速下者竟日、前乎此、後乎此、未有如是之一日、耶和華俯聽人言、為以色列人戰也、○

爾矢激射、爾戈閃爍、日月因之停於其宮、

耶和華必令人聞其威聲、且見其臂力、及忿怒、烈火、暴雨、巨風、冰雹、

且上帝依己旨、以異兆奇蹟、及萬殊之能、並聖神之頒賜、亦共證之、○

是日耶和華必扞衛耶路撒冷居民、其中懦弱者將如大衛、大衛家將如上帝、如耶和華之使、在於其前者、

雲傾水、天發聲、爾矢四馳兮、雷聲發於狂飇、電照寰宇、大地顫動兮、

維時、耶和華必出、與列邦戰、如昔日之戰焉、

祭司七人、當執七角、行於匱前、越至七日、遶城七次、祭司吹角、吹角聲長、爾曹聞之、眾當大聲而呼、城垣則圮、民各直前、

昧爽、耶和華自火雲柱中、俯視埃及軍旅、亂其行伍、脫其車輪、使之難行、埃及人曰、耶和華為以色列族而攻我、我其避之而遁、○

蓋我之戰具、非屬血氣、乃上帝視為有能、破諸堅壘、舉凡計謀及矜高、阻人識上帝者、我悉敗之、虜諸心志、降服基督、

惟以言行異蹟奇事、與聖神之能、使異邦順服、遂自耶路撒冷、周行至以利哩古、遍傳基督福音、

耶和華歟、爾其垂諸天而臨格、捫山嶽而煙騰兮、閃電以潰敵、發矢以亂之兮、

凡爾居世處地者乎、建纛於山之時、爾其觀之、吹角之際、爾其聽之、
