Then the Lord will appear over them; his arrow will flash like lightning. The Sovereign Lord will sound the trumpet; he will march in the storms of the south,

Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O mighty one, Thy glory and thy majesty.And in thy majesty ride on prosperously, Because of truth and meekness and righteousness: And thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.Thine arrows are sharp; The peoples fall under thee; They are in the heart of the king’s enemies.

teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

And the sun stayed in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.And there was no day like that before it or after it, that Jehovah hearkened unto the voice of a man: for Jehovah fought for Israel.

The sun and moon stood still in their habitation, At the light of thine arrows as they went, At the shining of thy glittering spear.

And Jehovah will cause his glorious voice to be heard, and will show the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and the flame of a devouring fire, with a blast, and tempest, and hailstones.

God also bearing witness with them, both by signs and wonders, and by manifold powers, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will.

In that day shall Jehovah defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of Jehovah before them.

( for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds);casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem, and round about even unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ;

Bow thy heavens, O Jehovah, and come down: Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.Cast forth lightning, and scatter them; Send out thine arrows, and discomfit them.
