惟以法蓮耶路撒冷之車馬、我將絕滅之、折其強弓、王以和平之語、撫綏異邦人、四海之內、自大河至地極、悉歸統轄、

我將滅絕以法蓮之車、及耶路撒冷之馬、爭戰之弓、亦必滅絕、王王原文作彼以和平命於異邦人、彼所統轄者、彼所統轄者或作彼之權衡將自海至海、自大河至於地極、

I will take away the chariots from Ephraim and the warhorses from Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be broken. He will proclaim peace to the nations. His rule will extend from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.

I will take the chariots away from Ephraim. I will remove the war horses from Jerusalem. I will break the bows that are used in battle. Your king will announce peace to the nations. He will rule from ocean to ocean. His kingdom will reach from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he shall speak peace to the nations; his rule shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.

I will remove the battle chariots from Israel and the warhorses from Jerusalem. I will destroy all the weapons used in battle, and your king will bring peace to the nations. His realm will stretch from sea to sea and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem. The bow of war will be removed, and he will proclaim peace to the nations. His dominion will extend from sea to sea, from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

And I will eliminate the chariot from Ephraim And the horse from Jerusalem; And the bow of war will be eliminated. And He will speak peace to the nations; And His dominion will be from sea to sea, And from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

因為我們爭戰所用的兵器不是屬肉體的，而是有屬神的能力，可以拆毀堡壘——拆毀各樣的心思，拆毀所有為抵擋神的知識而樹立起來的高牆；又虜獲各樣的心意，達到屬基督的順從；

又藉著他在十字架上所流的血成就了和平，就是藉著他使萬有——無論地上的或天上的——都與他自己和好了。從前，你們在邪惡的行為中與神隔絕，在意念中與他為敵；

要知道，不服事你的邦國，都必滅亡；那些國也必全然荒廢。

我已看見他的道路，但我還是要治癒他、引導他，使他和那些為他悲哀的人重得安慰，並使他結出嘴唇的果實：平安！平安歸於遠處的人，也歸於近處的人！我要治癒他。」這是耶和華說的。

在他的日子裡，義人必興盛，並有豐盛的平安，如月長存。願他施行管轄，從這海直到那海，從大河直到地極。曠野的走獸將在他面前屈身，他的仇敵將舔食塵土。塔爾施和眾海島的君王們將帶來貢物，示巴和西拔的君王們將獻上禮物。所有的君王都要向他下拜，所有的國家都要服事他。

第七位天使吹響號角，天上就有大聲音說：「世上的國度已經屬於我們主和他的基督；他將做王，直到永永遠遠！」

因為有一嬰孩為我們而生，有一兒子賜給我們。政權必擔在他的肩上，他的名必稱為「奇妙的謀士」、「全能的神」、「永恆的父」、「和平的君」，他的政權與平安必加增無窮；他必在大衛的寶座上統管他的國，以公正和公義使國堅立穩固，從今直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

——現在耶和華說：「你作為我的僕人，使雅各眾支派復興、使以色列中蒙保守的人回歸，只是小事！我還要使你作列國之光，使我的救恩達到地極。」

但如今，在基督耶穌裡，你們這些從前在遠處的人，藉著基督的血，已經被帶到近處了。因為他自己是我們的和平，他使兩者合而為一，廢除了那隔在中間仇恨的牆；以自己的身體，廢除了諭令中誡命的律法，為了把兩者在他自己裡面造成一個新人，締造和平。他在十字架上既然消除了仇恨，就藉著十字架使兩者得以在一個身體裡，與神和好；並且來傳和平的福音給你們在遠處的人，也給那些在近處的人。

這一切都是出於神，他藉著基督使我們與他自己和好，並且把這勸人與他和好的服事工作賜給了我們。

到那日，耶西的根必立起，作萬民的旗幟；列國必尋求他，他安息之所必大有榮耀。

神藉著耶穌基督——這一位就是萬有之主——傳和平的福音，把這話語賜給了以色列子民。

願他的名存到永遠，如太陽長久；願人們因他蒙福，願所有的國家都稱他有福。

你們當向耶和華唱新歌，因為他行了奇妙的事，他的右手和聖潔的膀臂帶來了拯救。耶和華顯明了他的救恩，在列國眼前顯出他的公義。他記念他對以色列家的慈愛和信實，所有的地極都看見我們神的救恩。

願群山和岡陵藉著公義為百姓帶來平安；

你向我求，我就賜列國為你的繼業，賜地極為你的產業。你將用鐵杖打破他們，把他們像陶匠的器皿那樣打碎。」因此，君王們哪，你們當慎思明辨！地上的審判官哪，你們當接受警戒！你們當在敬畏中服事耶和華，當在戰兢中快樂！當親吻他的兒子，否則他一發怒，你們就在所行的路上滅亡，因為他的怒火片刻間就會燃起！所有投靠他的人是多麼蒙福啊！

因此我們是基督的特使，就像神藉著我們在勸告人——我們代替基督請求說：「與神和好吧！」

並且使外邦人因著所蒙的憐憫而榮耀神，正如經上所記：「為此，我要在外邦人中承認你，歌頌你的名。」經上又說：「外邦人哪，你們要與他的子民一同慶祝！」又說：「萬國啊，你們要讚美主！萬民哪，你們要頌讚他！」又有以賽亞說：「將有耶西的根，就是興起來統治外邦人的那一位；外邦人要仰望他。」願賜盼望的神，因著你們的信，將一切喜樂和平安充滿你們，使你們藉著聖靈的能力滿懷盼望。

房角石從他們而出，橛子從他們而出，爭戰的弓從他們而出，所有的掌權者也都從他們而出。他們必像勇士，在戰場上把敵人踐踏在街上的爛泥中；他們必爭戰，因為耶和華與他們同在；他們必使敵人的騎士蒙羞。
