Again I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold, four chariots came out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of bronze.

I looked up again, and there before me were four chariots coming out from between two mountains— mountains of bronze.

I looked up again and saw four chariots. They were coming out from between two mountains. The mountains were made out of bronze.

Again I lifted my eyes and saw, and behold, four chariots came out from between two mountains. And the mountains were mountains of bronze.

Then I looked up again and saw four chariots coming from between two bronze mountains.

Then I looked up again and saw four chariots coming from between two mountains. The mountains were made of bronze.

Now I raised my eyes again and looked, and behold, four chariots were going out from between the two mountains; and the mountains were bronze mountains.

Then I turned and raised my eyes and looked, and behold, four chariots were coming from between two mountains, and the mountains were mountains of bronze.

And again I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

Then I looked up again and saw four chariots coming from between two mountains. And the mountains were made of bronze.

And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains[ were] mountains of brass.

Once more I looked, and this time I saw four chariots emerging from between two mountains of bronze.

As for that which was broken, in the place where four stood up, four kingdoms will stand up out of the nation, but not with his power.

The angel answered me,“ These are the four winds of the sky, which go out from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will,

to do whatever your hand and your council foreordained to happen.

Nevertheless leave the stump of its roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and bronze, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of the sky. Let his portion be with the animals in the grass of the earth.

I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold, four horns.I asked the angel who talked with me,“ What are these?” He answered me,“ These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”

This is the plan that is determined for the whole earth. This is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.For Yahweh of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”

I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done. I say: My counsel will stand, and I will do all that I please.I call a ravenous bird from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. Yes, I have spoken. I will also bring it to pass. I have planned. I will also do it.

The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can stop his hand, or ask him,“ What are you doing?”

Wherever the children of men dwell, he has given the animals of the field and the birds of the sky into your hand, and has made you rule over them all. You are the head of gold.“ After you, another kingdom will arise that is inferior to you; and another third kingdom of bronze, which will rule over all the earth.The fourth kingdom will be strong as iron, because iron breaks in pieces and subdues all things; and as iron that crushes all these, it will break in pieces and crush.

He raises up the poor out of the dust. He lifts up the needy from the dunghill to make them sit with princes and inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth are Yahweh’s. He has set the world on them.

Your righteousness is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are like a great deep. Yahweh, you preserve man and animal.

There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against Yahweh.

Yes, since the day was, I am he. There is no one who can deliver out of my hand. I will work, and who can hinder it?”

Four great animals came up from the sea, different from one another.“ The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I watched until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand on two feet as a man. A man’s heart was given to it.“ Behold, there was another animal, a second, like a bear. It was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth. They said this to it:‘ Arise! Devour much flesh!’“ After this I saw, and behold, another, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird. The animal also had four heads; and dominion was given to it.“ After this I saw in the night visions, and, behold, there was a fourth animal, awesome and powerful, and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth. It devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with its feet. It was different from all the animals that were before it. It had ten horns.

When he gives quietness, who then can condemn? When he hides his face, who then can see him? He is over a nation or a man alike,

Then again I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold, a flying scroll.

according to the eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
