我問那與我說話的天使，說：“我主啊，這些是甚麼？”

我應聲問那跟我說話的天使說：『主啊，這一些是甚麼？』

接著我回應，問那與我說話的天使說：「主啊，這些是什麼意思呢？」

我謂與我言之使曰、我主、此維何、

我問與我言之天使曰、我主、斯何意與、

我問與我言之天使曰、我主、此何意、

I asked the angel who talked with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

I asked the angel who was talking with me,“ Sir, what are these?”

And I said to the angel who talked with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

Then I asked the angel,“ What are these, my lord? What do they mean?”

Then I asked the angel who was speaking with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me, saying,“ What are these, my lord?”

So I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying,“ What are these, my Lord?”

Then I asked the angel who was speaking with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What[ are] these, my lord?

Then I asked the messenger who spoke with me,“ What are these, sir?”

I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying,“ What are these, my lord?”

Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will show thee what these are.

Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?

And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.

And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my lord, what shall be the issue of these things?

And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, These that are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and whence came they?And I say unto him, My lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they that come out of the great tribulation, and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

And I answered the second time, and said unto him, What are these two olive- branches, which are beside the two golden spouts, that empty the golden oil out of themselves?And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord.Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth concerning all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, that shall arise out of the earth.But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.Then I desired to know the truth concerning the fourth beast, which was diverse from all of them, exceeding terrible, whose teeth were of iron, and its nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with its feet;

And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their appearance in all the land

Then he left the multitudes, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Explain unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
