讀經者宜悟哉、爾見穢惡摧殘者、立於不當立之地、斯時也、居猶太者、宜遁於山、

蓋日將至、爾敵必築壘環爾、四週困爾、且擲爾及爾中子女於地、不遺一石於石上、以爾不知眷顧爾之日也、○

爾觀先知但以理所言、穢惡摧殘者、立於聖地、讀者宜致思焉、斯時也、在猶太者宜遁於山、

我將招集萬邦、攜至約沙法谷而鞫之、因其以我民即我業以色列、散於列邦、並分我地、

君怒、遣軍殲此兇、焚其邑、

錄於我前、我不靜默、必行報施、償於其身、爾與乃祖在山焚香、在岡瀆我、我必度其所為、償於其身、耶和華言之矣、○耶和華曰、葡萄纍然、可釀新酒、或曰、勿壞之、福在其中、我緣我僕之故、亦必如是、免其盡滅、必使後裔出自雅各、承我山者出自猶大、我之選民必嗣之、我之臣僕必居之、

復有其四之國、堅剛似鐵、夫鐵能服百物而碎之、此國亦必行破壞如鐵然、爾見其足與趾、半為陶人之泥、半為鐵者、其國必分、爾見鐵雜於泥、其國必有力如鐵然、其趾半鐵半泥、其國亦半強半弱、爾見鐵雜於泥、其民必與異族混雜、惟彼此不相洽、如鐵不與泥合然、

故耶和華曰、爾妻將在邑中為妓、爾子女將仆於刃、爾地將度以繩而被分、爾身將死於穢地、以色列必被虜、離其故土、

敵在郇玷諸婦、在猶大諸邑污眾女兮、牧伯之手被繫而懸、耆老之面不見尊重兮、

彼將建纛、以招遠邦、自地極而號召之、則疾趨而至、
