I then said,“ I will not shepherd you. What is to die, let it die, and what is to be eradicated, let it be eradicated. As for those who survive, let them eat each other’s flesh!”

我就说：“我不牧养你们。要死的，由他死；要丧亡的，由他丧亡；余剩的，由他们彼此相食。”

and said,“ I will not be your shepherd. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish. Let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”

So I said,“ I won’t be your shepherd anymore. Let those of you who are dying die. Let those who are passing away pass away. Let those who are left eat one another up.”

So I said,“ I will not be your shepherd. What is to die, let it die. What is to be destroyed, let it be destroyed. And let those who are left devour the flesh of one another.”

So I told them,“ I won’t be your shepherd any longer. If you die, you die. If you are killed, you are killed. And let those who remain devour each other!”

Then I said,“ I will no longer shepherd you. Let what is dying die, and let what is perishing perish; let the rest devour each other’s flesh.”

Then I said,“ I will not pasture you. What is to die, let it die, and what is to perish, let it perish; and let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”

Then I said,“ I will not feed you. Let what is dying die, and what is perishing perish. Let those that are left eat each other’s flesh.”

Then said I, I will not feed you: that which dieth, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let them that are left eat every one the flesh of another.

Then I said,“ I will no longer shepherd you. Let what is dying die, and let what is going astray go astray; let the rest devour each other’s flesh.”

Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.

Then I said,“ I will not feed you. That which dies, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let those who are left eat each other’s flesh.”

He will come and attack Egypt. Those who are destined to die of disease will die of disease. Those who are destined to be carried off into exile will be carried off into exile. Those who are destined to die in war will die in war.

You will then eat your own offspring, the flesh of the sons and daughters the LORD your God has given you, because of the severity of the siege by which your enemies will constrict you.The man among you who is by nature tender and sensitive will turn against his brother, his beloved wife, and his remaining children.He will withhold from all of them his children’s flesh that he is eating( since there is nothing else left), because of the severity of the siege by which your enemy will constrict you in your villages.Likewise, the most tender and delicate of your women, who would never think of putting even the sole of her foot on the ground because of her daintiness, will turn against her beloved husband, her sons and daughters,

Both Paul and Barnabas replied courageously,“ It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.For this is what the Lord has commanded us:‘ I have appointed you to be a light for the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

The evildoer must continue to do evil, and the one who is morally filthy must continue to be filthy. The one who is righteous must continue to act righteously, and the one who is holy must continue to be holy.”

when he said,‘ Go to this people and say,“ You will keep on hearing, but will never understand, and you will keep on looking, but will never perceive.For the heart of this people has become dull, and their ears are hard of hearing, and they have closed their eyes, so that they would not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.”’“ Therefore be advised that this salvation from God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen!”

For this reason I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.

Thus I told you that you will die in your sins. For unless you believe that I am he, you will die in your sins.”

Because of the anger of the LORD who commands armies, the land was scorched, and the people became fuel for the fire. People had no compassion on one another.They devoured on the right, but were still hungry, they ate on the left, but were not satisfied. People even ate the flesh of their own arm!Manasseh fought against Ephraim, and Ephraim against Manasseh; together they fought against Judah. Despite all this, his anger does not subside, and his hand is ready to strike again.

Then the disciples came to him and said,“ Why do you speak to them in parables?”He replied,“ You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but they have not.

The LORD said to me,“ Jeremiah, when one of these people, or a prophet, or a priest asks you,‘ What burdensome message do you have from the LORD?’ Tell them,‘ You are the burden, and I will cast you away. I, the LORD, affirm it!

Leave them! They are blind guides. If someone who is blind leads another who is blind, both will fall into a pit.”

Therefore fathers will eat their sons within you, Jerusalem, and sons will eat their fathers. I will execute judgments on you, and I will scatter any survivors to the winds.

After noticing a fig tree by the road he went to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. He said to it,“ Never again will there be fruit from you!” And the fig tree withered at once.

So I will carry you far off and throw you away. I will send both you and the city I gave to you and to your ancestors out of my sight.

Then Jesus said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will look for me but will die in your sin. Where I am going you cannot come.”

Jesus replied,“ The light is with you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

If they ask you,‘ Where should we go?’ tell them the LORD says this:“ Those who are destined to die of disease will go to death by disease. Those who are destined to die in war will go to death in war. Those who are destined to die of starvation will go to death by starvation. Those who are destined to go into exile will go into exile.”“ I will punish them in four different ways: I will have war kill them. I will have dogs drag off their dead bodies. I will have birds and wild beasts devour and destroy their corpses.

May their dining table become a trap before them! May it be a snare for that group of friends!May their eyes be blinded! Make them shake violently!Pour out your judgment on them! May your raging anger overtake them!May their camp become desolate, their tents uninhabited!For they harass the one whom you discipline; they spread the news about the suffering of those whom you punish.Hold them accountable for all their sins! Do not vindicate them!May their names be deleted from the scroll of the living! Do not let their names be listed with the godly!

I will reduce the people of this city to desperate straits during the siege imposed on it by their enemies who are seeking to kill them. I will make them so desperate that they will eat the flesh of their own sons and daughters and the flesh of one another.”’”

Look, your house is left to you desolate!For I tell you, you will not see me from now until you say,‘ Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!’”
