我則飼此將宰之羊、其羊誠為困苦、遂取二杖、一曰榮美、一曰維繫、而飼斯羊、

先知曰、將殺之羊、甚為可哀、我執二杖、一曰恩寵、一日維繫、而牧斯羊、

先知曰、我遂牧此將殺之羊、斯羊誠困苦、誠困苦或作甚為可哀我取二杖、一稱恩寵、恩寵或作美下同一稱維繫、維繫或作繩下同如是我牧斯羊、

So I shepherded the flock marked for slaughter, particularly the oppressed of the flock. Then I took two staffs and called one Favor and the other Union, and I shepherded the flock.

So I took care of the sheep set apart to be sacrificed. I took special care of those that had been treated badly. Then I got two shepherd’s staffs. I called one of them Favor. I called the other one Union. And I took care of the flock.

So I became the shepherd of the flock doomed to be slaughtered by the sheep traders. And I took two staffs, one I named Favor, the other I named Union. And I tended the sheep.

So I cared for the flock intended for slaughter— the flock that was oppressed. Then I took two shepherd’s staffs and named one Favor and the other Union.

So I began to shepherd the flock destined for slaughter, the most afflicted of all the flock. Then I took two staffs, calling one“ Pleasantness” and the other“ Binders,” and I tended the flock.

So I fed the flock of slaughter, especially the oppressed of the flock. I took for myself two staffs. The one I called“ Favor”, and the other I called“ Union”, and I fed the flock.

Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;

Then I cut asunder mine other staff,[ even] Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD[ is] upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to[ them that are] bound;

I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.

Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and[ for] all the house of Israel his companions:And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou[ meanest] by these?Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which[ is] in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him,[ even] with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition[ between us];Having abolished in his flesh the enmity,[ even] the law of commandments[ contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man,[ so] making peace;And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Behold, how good and how pleasant[ it is] for brethren to dwell together in unity![ It is] like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard,[ even] Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;As the dew of Hermon,[ and as the dew] that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing,[ even] life for evermore.

Therefore I said, Surely these[ are] poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD,[ nor] the judgment of their God.I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD,[ and] the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke,[ and] burst the bonds.

And it shall come to pass,[ that] in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off[ and] die; but the third shall be left therein.And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It[ is] my people: and they shall say, The LORD[ is] my God.

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock,[ even] of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou[ art] with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

That they all may be one; as thou, Father,[ art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling[ was] in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine.

David therefore himself calleth him Lord; and whence is he[ then] his son? And the common people heard him gladly.

And I took my staff,[ even] Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it[ was] the word of the LORD.

And the Philistine said unto David,[ Am] I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold,[ and] one shepherd.
