我是基督耶稣的奴仆保罗，蒙召做使徒，奉命传上帝的福音。

如果有人传的教义不符合我们主耶稣基督纯正的道和敬虔的教导，

因为我们认识了用自己的荣耀和美德呼召我们的上帝，上帝以祂神圣的能力将生命与敬虔所需要的一切赐给了我们。

不要参与愚昧无知的辩论，因为这些事只会引起纷争。

因为上帝拯救世人的恩典已经显明了，这恩典教导我们除掉不敬虔的心和世俗的私欲，在今世过自律、公义、敬畏上帝的生活，

一切都要这样被焚毁，你们在热切等候上帝来临的日子期间，该怎样过圣洁、敬虔的生活啊！因为到那日，天要被火焚毁，有形有质的都要被烈火熔化烧尽。

要温柔地规劝那些反对我们的人，也许上帝会赐给他们悔改的心，使他们明白真理，

也不要沉迷于虚构的神话和冗长的家谱，因为这些事只会引起无用的猜测和辩论，无法帮助人凭信心认识上帝的救赎计划。制止这些人的目的是为了爱，这爱来自于清洁的心、无亏的良心和真实无伪的信心。

主所爱的弟兄姊妹，我们应该时常为你们感谢上帝，因为上帝一开始就拣选了你们，为了使你们借着圣灵得以圣洁，并且相信真理，从而得救。上帝借着我们所传的福音呼召了你们，使你们可以得到我们主耶稣基督的荣耀。

毫无疑问，我们伟大的信仰奥妙无比：祂以肉身显现，被圣灵证明为义，被天使看见，被传扬到列邦，被世人信奉，被接到天上的荣耀中。

因为祂愿全人类都得救，明白真理。

为要使你们众人心受鼓励，联结在爱里，有丰富笃定的真知灼见，可以认识上帝的奥秘。这奥秘就是基督，

外族人听后，非常欢喜，颂赞主的道。凡被选定得永生的人都信了主。

我保罗和提摩太是基督耶稣的奴仆，写信给腓立比属于基督耶稣的众圣徒、诸位监督和执事。

亚伦和他的后代在祭坛和香坛上献祭烧香，负责至圣所里的各种工作，为以色列人赎罪，正如上帝的仆人摩西的吩咐。

只是你们不肯相信，因为你们不是我的羊。我的羊听我的声音，我也认识他们，他们也跟随我。

你们得救是靠恩典，凭信心。这不是出于你们自己，而是上帝的礼物；
