耶路撒冷的女子啊，我誓囑你們：你們若遇見我的愛人，要怎樣告訴他呢？唉，我鬧愛情病了！你的愛人比別人的愛人有甚麼長處呢？

耶路撒冷諸女歟、如遇我所愛者、我囑爾告之、言我因愛致疾、

耶路撒冷女乎、如遇夫子、為我言之、眷愛之情已多、令我消魂。

耶路撒冷眾女乎、切求爾、如遇我之良人、則告之、我因思愛致病、

Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you— if you find my beloved, what will you tell him? Tell him I am faint with love.

Women of Jerusalem, make me a promise. If you find the one who loves me, tell him our love has made me weak.”

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him I am sick with love.

Make this promise, O women of Jerusalem— If you find my lover, tell him I am weak with love.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you, if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.

Swear to me, you daughters of Jerusalem, If you find my beloved, As to what you will tell him: For I am lovesick.”

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, If ye find my beloved, That ye tell him, that I am sick from love.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you: if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.

I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, By the gazelles or by the does of the field, Do not stir up nor awaken love Until it pleases.

Sustain me with cakes of raisins, Refresh me with apples, For I am lovesick.

As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God.My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?My tears have been my food day and night, While they continually say to me,“ Where is your God?”

I cried out to God with my voice— To God with my voice; And He gave ear to me.In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; My hand was stretched out in the night without ceasing; My soul refused to be comforted.I remembered God, and was troubled; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah

Now I beg you, brethren, through the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in prayers to God for me,

Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water.So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You.

I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, Do not stir up nor awaken love Until it pleases.

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

My soul faints for Your salvation, But I hope in Your word.My eyes fail from searching Your word, Saying,“ When will You comfort me?”For I have become like a wineskin in smoke, Yet I do not forget Your statutes.
