我的良人哪，求你快來！如羚羊或小鹿在香草山上。

我的良人哪，求你等到天起涼風、日影飛去的時候，你要轉回，好像羚羊，或像小鹿在比特山上。

以賽亞因為看見他的榮耀，就指着他說這話。

論到這救恩，那預先說你們要得恩典的眾先知早已詳細地尋求考察，就是考察在他們心裏基督的靈，預先證明基督受苦難，後來得榮耀，是指着甚麼時候，並怎樣的時候。他們得了啟示，知道他們所傳講的一切事，不是為自己，乃是為你們。那靠着從天上差來的聖靈傳福音給你們的人，現在將這些事報給你們；天使也願意詳細察看這些事。

你們查考聖經，因你們以為內中有永生；給我作見證的就是這經。

兩個人就把路上所遇見，和擘餅的時候怎麼被他們認出來的事，都述說了一遍。

你們如果信摩西，也必信我，因為他書上有指着我寫的話。

這些原是後事的影兒；那形體卻是基督。

律法既是將來美事的影兒，不是本物的真像，總不能藉着每年常獻一樣的祭物叫那近前來的人得以完全。

不像摩西將帕子蒙在臉上，叫以色列人不能定睛看到那將廢者的結局。但他們的心地剛硬，直到今日誦讀舊約的時候，這帕子還沒有揭去。這帕子在基督裏已經廢去了。然而直到今日，每逢誦讀摩西書的時候，帕子還在他們心上。但他們的心幾時歸向主，帕子就幾時除去了。主就是那靈；主的靈在哪裏，那裏就得以自由。我們眾人既然敞着臉得以看見主的榮光，好像從鏡子裏返照，就變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同從主的靈變成的。

因他使我們和睦，將兩下合而為一，拆毀了中間隔斷的牆；而且以自己的身體廢掉冤仇，就是那記在律法上的規條，為要將兩下藉着自己造成一個新人，如此便成就了和睦。

在那裏有洗魯雅的三個兒子：約押、亞比篩、亞撒黑。亞撒黑腳快如野鹿一般；

我們如今彷彿對着鏡子觀看，模糊不清，到那時就要面對面了。我如今所知道的有限，到那時就全知道，如同主知道我一樣。

聖靈用此指明，頭一層帳幕仍存的時候，進入至聖所的路還未顯明。那頭一層帳幕作現今的一個表樣，所獻的禮物和祭物，就着良心說，都不能叫禮拜的人得以完全。

弟兄們，我們既因耶穌的血得以坦然進入至聖所，是藉着他給我們開了一條又新又活的路，從幔子經過，這幔子就是他的身體。

我就俯伏在他腳前要拜他。他說：「千萬不可！我和你，並你那些為耶穌作見證的弟兄同是作僕人的，你要敬拜神。」因為預言中的靈意乃是為耶穌作見證。
