我之良人、啟言對我曰、我佳耦、我美人、求爾興起而偕來、

及至收穫之前、花蕊已結、葡萄花已成將熟之果、則必以鐮刪其枝、伐其蔓而除之、

我儕同勞之人、勸爾不可徒受天主之恩、經載云、主曰、於可納之時、我已聽爾、於拯救之日、我已祐爾、今乃可納之時、今乃拯救之日矣、

枝條垂布、美若油果樹、其氣芬芳、若利巴嫩之柏香木、

主天主在萬民前、使福祉福祉或作善義榮耀、萌生暢達、如地產百卉、如園萌菜蔬、

是以我為基督之使、如天主藉我而勸爾、我代基督、求爾與天主復和、

我屬我之良人、彼亦戀我、我良人乎、爾偕我來、同往田間、宿於鄉村、宿於鄉村或作宿於古珀露花中蚤起、往葡萄園、見葡萄已萌芽否、已發華否、石榴已舒蕊否、在彼、我向爾傾吐我之愛情、

乃設喻曰、一人有無花果樹、植於葡萄園、至而求果不得、語園丁曰、我三年來求果於此無花果樹、不得、不如伐之、何為任其佔此土乎、

城乎、今猶為爾之日、倘爾於是日、而知關爾平安之事則幸、但此事今隱於爾目矣、

爾體合度、猶如巴勒瑪樹、乳如其果、纍然下垂、

其時倉廩有穀種乎、葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹、油果樹、俱不結實、自是以後、我必降福、十八節十九節或作爾曹當思念此日以後即九月二十四日立主殿基之日以後爾曹當思念情景若何倉廩仍有穀種乎葡萄樹無花果樹石榴樹油果樹仍不結實乎自是以後我必降福○

譬諸雨雪、自天而降、不返於上、必滋潤土壤、使之萌芽結實、使播者有種、使饑者饑者原文作欲食者得食、我言一出我口、亦必若是、決非徒然、亦不返回、必成我旨、我命之行者、無不亨通、

我下至核桃園、欲觀谷中青綠之產、欲見葡萄已開花否、石榴已舒蕊否、

爾可以無花果樹為譬、其枝柔葉萌、則知夏時近矣、
