朋友乃时常亲爱，弟兄为患难而生。

耶稣看着他，就爱他，对他说：“你还缺少一件：去变卖你所有的，分给穷人，就必有财宝在天上；你还要来跟从我。”他听见这话，脸上就变了色，忧忧愁愁地走了，因为他的产业很多。

又不容我与外孙和女儿亲嘴？你所行的真是愚昧！

拉班清早起来，与他外孙和女儿亲嘴，给他们祝福，回往自己的地方去了。

因为底马贪爱现今的世界，就离弃我往帖撒罗尼迦去了；革勒士往加拉太去；提多往挞马太去；

我们却不是退后入沉沦的那等人，乃是有信心以致灵魂得救的人。

惟有你们专靠耶和华你们神的人，今日全都存活。
