要知道，順著肉體的人，思想屬肉體的事；順著聖靈的人，思想屬聖靈的事。

因为，随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事；随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。

随从罪恶本性的人顾念罪恶本性的事，但随从圣灵的人顾念圣灵的事。

随从肉体的人，以肉体的事为念；随从圣灵的人，以圣灵的事为念。

要知道，顺着肉体的人，思想属肉体的事；顺着圣灵的人，思想属圣灵的事。

因為，隨從肉體的人體貼肉體的事；隨從聖靈的人體貼聖靈的事。

因為，隨從肉體的人體貼肉體的事；隨從聖靈的人體貼聖靈的事。

因為，隨從肉體的人體貼肉體的事；隨從聖靈的人體貼聖靈的事。

隨從罪惡本性的人顧念罪惡本性的事，但隨從聖靈的人顧念聖靈的事。

隨從肉體的人，以肉體的事為念；隨從聖靈的人，以聖靈的事為念。

因為順着肉體行的、意念着肉體的事；順着靈行的、意念着靈的事。

蓋依形軀者、志乎形軀之事、依神者、志乎神之事、

蓋從欲者、體欲之情、從神者、體神之情、

蓋從肉體者體肉體之事、從聖神者體聖神之事、

蓋從欲者、體欲之情；而從神者、體神之情。

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

So don’t live under the control of sin. If you do, you will think about what sin wants. Live under the control of the Holy Spirit. If you do, you will think about what the Spirit wants.

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.

Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.

For those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their minds set on the things of the Spirit.

For those who are in accord with the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are in accord with the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

For they that are after the flesh mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For those who live according to the flesh think about the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, about the things of the Spirit.

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit.

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

不過一個屬血氣的人不接受屬神的靈的這些事，因為對他來說，這些是愚拙的；他也不能明白，因為這些事要用屬靈的方式才能洞察。

肉體的行為是清清楚楚的，它們就是：通姦、淫亂、汙穢、好色、拜偶像、行邪術、仇恨、紛爭、嫉恨、暴怒、爭競、分裂、結派、嫉妒、凶殺、醉酒、荒宴以及類似這樣的事。對這些事，我現在要預先告訴你們，就像我以前告訴過你們的那樣：行這些事的人不會繼承神的國。然而，聖靈的果子是：愛心、喜樂、和平、忍耐、仁慈、良善、忠信、溫柔、自制。這樣的事，沒有律法反對。那些屬於基督耶穌的人，已經把肉體與肉體的渴望和情慾一同釘上十字架了。我們既然藉著聖靈而活，就讓我們靠著聖靈行走。

所以，你們如果已經與基督一同復活了，就應當尋求上面的事；在那裡，基督坐在神的右邊。你們要思想上面的事，不要思想地上的事，因為你們已經死了，你們的生命與基督一同藏在神裡面。

由肉體所生的，就是肉體；由聖靈所生的，就是靈。

其實我過去再三地告訴你們，而現在又流著眼淚告訴你們：有許多人的行事為人，是基督十字架的仇敵。他們的結局就是滅亡；他們的神就是自己的私慾；他們的榮耀在自己的羞恥之中；他們所思想的都是地上的事。

但耶穌轉過身，看了看他的門徒們，就斥責彼得，說：「撒旦，退到我後面去！因為你不是思想神的事，而是思想人的事。」

弟兄們，由此可見，我們都是有責任的，但不是對肉體有責任去順著肉體而活；因為你們如果順著肉體而活，就將死去；但如果順著聖靈治死身體的所作所為，就將活著。原來，凡是蒙神的靈帶領的人，他們才是神的兒女。

屬肉體的思想帶來死亡；屬聖靈的思想帶來生命和平安。原來屬肉體的思想是敵對神的，因為它不服從神的律法，其實也不能服從；

尤其對那些隨從肉體而在汙穢的欲望中生活、輕視主權者的人，更是這樣。這些人膽大、任性，毫不戰兢地褻瀆那些有榮耀的。

但既然神的靈真是住在你們裡面，你們就不屬於肉體，而屬於聖靈了。不過如果有人沒有基督的靈，這個人就不屬於基督了。

原來屬於光的果子，就是一切良善、公義、真理；

屬塵土的那個人怎樣，那些屬塵土的也就怎樣；屬天的那一位怎樣，那些屬天的也就怎樣。

我們誠然在肉體中行事，但不憑著肉體爭戰，
