Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one— for God himself has given us right standing with himself.

到底谁能控告那些蒙神拣选的人呢？神是称人为义的那一位！

誰能告上帝揀選的人呢？稱他們為義的是上帝啊。

到底誰能控告那些蒙神揀選的人呢？神是稱人為義的那一位！

誰訟上帝所選者乎、

誰能訟上帝選民乎、上帝稱義之矣、

誰能訟天主所選者乎、天主稱之為義、

主之所陟、誰得而黜之？主之所義、誰得而罪之？

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

Who can bring any charge against God’s chosen ones? God makes us right with himself.

Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

Who can bring an accusation against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies.

Who will bring charges against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies;

Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth;

Who can bring an accusation against God’s elect? God is the One who justifies.

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect?[ It is] God that justifieth.

Who will bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

Who could bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who justifies.

Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens,“ It has come at last— salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth— the one who accuses them before our God day and night.And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.

He who gives me justice is near. Who will dare to bring charges against me now? Where are my accusers? Let them appear!See, the Sovereign Lord is on my side! Who will declare me guilty? All my enemies will be destroyed like old clothes that have been eaten by moths!

But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; their vindication will come from me. I, the Lord, have spoken!

Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

We know, dear brothers and sisters, that God loves you and has chosen you to be his own people.

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

Then the angel showed me Jeshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord. The Accuser, Satan, was there at the angel’s right hand, making accusations against Jeshua.And the Lord said to Satan,“ I, the Lord, reject your accusations, Satan. Yes, the Lord, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebukes you. This man is like a burning stick that has been snatched from the fire.”Jeshua’s clothing was filthy as he stood there before the angel.So the angel said to the others standing there,“ Take off his filthy clothes.” And turning to Jeshua he said,“ See, I have taken away your sins, and now I am giving you these fine new clothes.”

for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he makes sinners right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.

For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones.

After the Lord had finished speaking to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite:“ I am angry with you and your two friends, for you have not spoken accurately about me, as my servant Job has.So take seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Job and offer a burnt offering for yourselves. My servant Job will pray for you, and I will accept his prayer on your behalf. I will not treat you as you deserve, for you have not spoken accurately about me, as my servant Job has.”So Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite did as the Lord commanded them, and the Lord accepted Job’s prayer.

Satan replied to the Lord,“ Yes, but Job has good reason to fear God.You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is!But reach out and take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!”

God the Father knew you and chose you long ago, and his Spirit has made you holy. As a result, you have obeyed him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May God give you more and more grace and peace.

“ For example, you must have lent money to your friend and demanded clothing as security. Yes, you stripped him to the bone.You must have refused water for the thirsty and food for the hungry.You probably think the land belongs to the powerful and only the privileged have a right to it!You must have sent widows away empty handed and crushed the hopes of orphans.That is why you are surrounded by traps and tremble from sudden fears.That is why you cannot see in the darkness, and waves of water cover you.“ God is so great— higher than the heavens, higher than the farthest stars.But you reply,‘ That’s why God can’t see what I am doing! How can he judge through the thick darkness?For thick clouds swirl about him, and he cannot see us. He is way up there, walking on the vault of heaven.’“ Will you continue on the old paths where evil people have walked?They were snatched away in the prime of life, the foundations of their lives washed away.For they said to God,‘ Leave us alone! What can the Almighty do to us?’Yet he was the one who filled their homes with good things, so I will have nothing to do with that kind of thinking.“ The righteous will be happy to see the wicked destroyed, and the innocent will laugh in contempt.They will say,‘ See how our enemies have been destroyed. The last of them have been consumed in the fire.’“ Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you.Listen to his instructions, and store them in your heart.If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored— so clean up your life.If you give up your lust for money and throw your precious gold into the river,the Almighty himself will be your treasure. He will be your precious silver!“ Then you will take delight in the Almighty and look up to God.You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows to him.You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you.If people are in trouble and you say,‘ Help them,’ God will save them.Even sinners will be rescued; they will be rescued because your hands are pure.”

Malicious witnesses testify against me. They accuse me of crimes I know nothing about.

He chooses evil people as companions. He spends his time with wicked men.He has even said,‘ Why waste time trying to please God?’

“ Look at my servant, whom I strengthen. He is my chosen one, who pleases me. I have put my Spirit upon him. He will bring justice to the nations.

What’s more, the Scriptures looked forward to this time when God would make the Gentiles right in his sight because of their faith. God proclaimed this good news to Abraham long ago when he said,“ All nations will be blessed through you.”

This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to proclaim faith to those God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives.

Satan replied to the Lord,“ Skin for skin! A man will give up everything he has to save his life.But reach out and take away his health, and he will surely curse you to your face!”“ All right, do with him as you please,” the Lord said to Satan.“ But spare his life.”
