So then, brothers and sisters, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh—

弟兄們，這樣看來，我們並不是欠肉體的債去順從肉體活着。

弟兄們，這樣看來，我們不是欠肉體的債去順從肉體而活。

弟兄們，這樣看來，我們不是欠肉體的債去順從肉體而活。

弟兄姊妹，這樣看來，我們不必隨從罪惡本性活著。

弟兄們，可見我們並不是欠肉體的債，隨著肉體而活。

弟兄們，那麼我們便是欠債的了，卻不是欠肉體的債、去順着肉體活的。

弟兄們，由此可見，我們都是有責任的，但不是對肉體有責任去順著肉體而活；

兄弟乎、我儕非負債於形軀、致依形軀而生、

兄弟乎、我儕非為欲所役者、豈甘從欲、

如是、兄弟乎、我儕非負肉體之債、致我從肉體而行、

故兄弟應知吾人既不為肉身之役、自無順從情慾之責。

Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation— but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.

Brothers and sisters, we have a duty. Our duty is not to live under the power of sin.

So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.

Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges you to do.

So then, brothers and sisters, we are not obligated to the flesh to live according to the flesh,

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors— not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.

Far from it! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death?Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too may walk in newness of life.For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection,knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin;for the one who has died is freed from sin.Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him.For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.So you too, consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.Therefore sin is not to reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts,and do not go on presenting the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body’s parts as instruments of righteousness for God.For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under the Law but under grace.What then? Are we to sin because we are not under the Law but under grace? Far from it!

so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human lusts, but for the will of God.For the time already past is sufficient for you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles, having pursued a course of indecent behavior, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking parties, and wanton idolatries.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?For you have been bought for a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

O Lord, I surely am Your slave, I am Your slave, the son of Your female slave, You have unfastened my restraints.
