We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

宗基督者、是為新造之人、往事已非、諸事更新、

今既脫繩我之法、得服事主、非藉虛文于疇昔、乃感聖神而維新、

煥然一新、象創造者、日新而智廣、

以前此私欲溺志、則革其故態、心神更新、效上帝以義以潔所造之新人、

今我賴耶穌基督之復生而受洗、不在潔身去垢、乃誠心籲上帝、以此得救、故作巨舟一事觀、可也、

且知基督復生、必不復死、為死所治、

許我尊榮景福、不為斯世惡俗所囿、於上帝之性情、是則是傚、故當黽勉、有信宜有德、有德宜有智、有智宜有節、有節宜有忍、有忍宜有虔、有虔宜有弟、有弟宜有仁、有此而擴充之、則知主耶穌基督道、而自不怠不荒、無此則盲於心、視不及遠、其受潔去舊罪、皆忘之矣、

豈不知受耶穌基督洗者、乃效其死而受洗也、

昔基督柔、被釘十字架、賴上帝能而復生、我濟宗基督亦柔、賴上帝能、必與之生於爾中、

宗基督耶穌者、新造之人也、受割不受割、皆無益、吾願遵此法者、及上帝之以色列民、得平康矜恤焉、

浸假甦耶穌者之神在爾心、則甦基督之上帝、以其神牖于爾衷、甦爾死體、

凡為基督歷憂患、可無過、基督為我身遭憂患、爾亦當同心立志、今而後、生於世、勿從人欲、乃順上帝旨、

觀上帝甦主、則亦以其權甦我矣、

耶穌曰、我不云爾有信、可見上帝之榮乎、

行所當行、有如晝日、勿沉湎而蕩檢、勿冒色而邪侈、勿鬥忿而媢嫉、勿圖情欲、以任所嗜、惟主耶穌基督是佩是服、

受其割禮、以遠身之罪、此禮不假手於人、乃受之基督、爾亦受洗、與基督同穴、上帝甦基督、爾藉其力、亦與之共甦、昔爾未受克己之割禮、陷罪如死、今上帝宥爾諸罪、俾與基督俱生、

我念主勸爾、勿效異邦人所行、志意虛妄、

爾與基督同甦、則宜求在上之事、基督在彼、坐上帝右、故所志者、宜在上、勿在下、蓋爾猶死、而生命與基督共藏於上帝、

兄弟宜效我、及視諸從我模楷者、我言之屢矣、今為涕泣而道、多有行事與基督十字架之道相敵者、

然不可久繫於死、故上帝釋而甦之、

爾固昏庸、我試因人所言言之、爾曾獻四體為惡之僕、致作狂、今當獻四體為義之僕、以作聖、

主待僕以公平、知在天爾亦有主、

耶穌曰、爾毀此殿、我三日建之、猶太人曰、建此殿、經四十六年、爾三日建之乎、

我儕聞之、為爾祈禱不輟、願爾感聖神得智慧、備知其旨、所行宜乎主、大悅其意、結果為善、知上帝益深、又願爾得主大力、實能忍耐喜樂、我謝父、俾我眾得共稱聖徒之業於光明之域、

此耶穌始行異跡、在加利利迦拿而顯其榮、門徒信之、○

且知上帝有莫大之能、力行於信者中、昔以大力甦基督、在天坐己右、

倏見地大震、主之使者、由天而下、前、移墓門之石、而坐其上、容光如電、衣白如雪、

兄弟乎我念上帝憐憫、勸爾獻身為活祭、成聖、此上帝所喜、當然之役也、勿從世、心維新、以明上帝所喜全善之意、

爾素昏昏、今宗主而昭昭、宜效昭昭之人、

當我陷罪如死時、乃使我與基督俱甦、而爾曹以恩得救矣、夫上帝因基督耶穌、甦我儕、賜同坐於天、
