也是為我們這將要被算為義的、這相信那叫我們主耶穌從死人中活起來的、這種人寫的。

亦欲勉吾人因信而成義耳。吾人所信者何、即天主使吾主耶穌死中復活；

but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness— for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.

They were written also for us. We believe in the God who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. So God will accept our faith and make us right with himself.

對於他、上帝卻解去了死亡之慘痛，使他復起，因為他被死握住是不可能的。

這藉着他而信靠上帝的人來顯現的。上帝使基督從死人中活了起來，又將榮耀給了他，以致你們的信和盼望都釘住於上帝。

你若口裏承認耶穌為主，心裏相信上帝曾叫他從死人中活了起來，就必得救：心裏信就得以稱義，口裏承認就可以得救。

叫你們心的眼睛蒙了光照，你們就可以知道他的呼召所喚起的是何等的指望，他的基業在眾聖者中間的榮耀是何等的豐富，他的能力對於我們信的人是何等超越的宏大。這是照他力量之權能所運用的動力，就是他在基督身上所運行，使他從死人中活了起來，又使他在天界中坐在自己右邊，

因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女、以及一切在遠方、凡主我們的上帝所呼召的人。』

上帝卻叫他從死人中活了起來。

信而受了洗的必得救；取了不信態度的必被定罪。

願賜平安的上帝、就是那憑永世之約的血把羣羊的大牧人、我們的主耶穌、從死人中領上來的、在一切良善上使你們完備，好行他的旨意；願他在我們身上、藉着耶穌基督、行他看為可喜歡的事；願榮耀歸於他，世世無窮！阿們。

『摩西怎樣在野地裏高舉了蛇，人子也必須怎樣被高舉，使一切信他的人都得永生。上帝這樣地愛世人，甚至賜下獨生子，使一切信他的人都不滅亡、而得永生。
