患難困苦加於作惡之人、始自猶太、推及希臘。

There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile;

There will be trouble and suffering for everyone who does evil. That is meant first for the Jews. It is also meant for the Gentiles.

There will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek,

There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on doing what is evil— for the Jew first and also for the Gentile.

There will be affliction and distress for every human being who does evil, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek;

There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of mankind who does evil, for the Jew first and also for the Greek,

tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that worketh evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;

affliction and distress for every human being who does evil, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek;

Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

There will be affliction and distress on everyone who does evil, on the Jew first and also the Greek,

oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?

To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.”

and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Now I say that Jesus Christ has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers,and that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy, as it is written:“ For this reason I will confess to You among the Gentiles, And sing to Your name.”

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said,“ It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.For so the Lord has commanded us:‘ I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

“ Behold, all souls are Mine; The soul of the father As well as the soul of the son is Mine; The soul who sins shall die.

When Silas and Timothy had come from Macedonia, Paul was compelled by the Spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus is the Christ.But when they opposed him and blasphemed, he shook his garments and said to them,“ Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean. From now on I will go to the Gentiles.”

but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,

Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh— who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands—that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.

Does this blessedness then come upon the circumcised only, or upon the uncircumcised also? For we say that faith was accounted to Abraham for righteousness.How then was it accounted? While he was circumcised, or uncircumcised? Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised.And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while still uncircumcised, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they are uncircumcised, that righteousness might be imputed to them also,and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of the faith which our father Abraham had while still uncircumcised.

For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

“ You only have I known of all the families of the earth; Therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”

“ Men and brethren, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to you the word of this salvation has been sent.

“ Therefore let it be known to you that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it!”

We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.“ Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me.

When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying,“ Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”

but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance.

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

For my eyes have seen Your salvationWhich You have prepared before the face of all peoples,A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles, And the glory of Your people Israel.”

testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

And it came to pass after three days that Paul called the leaders of the Jews together. So when they had come together, he said to them:“ Men and brethren, though I have done nothing against our people or the customs of our fathers, yet I was delivered as a prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans,

And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.

even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Then He began to rebuke the cities in which most of His mighty works had been done, because they did not repent:“ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.But I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you.And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.But I say to you that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for you.”

Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also,since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.
