所以你们要给你们的心行割礼，不可再顽固。

你们也在他里面受了不是由人手所行的割礼，而是受了基督的割礼，就是除掉你们的罪身。你们在洗礼中已经与他一同埋葬，也在洗礼中，因信那使基督从死人中复活的神所运行的动力，与他一同复活了。

相反地，神既然考验过我们，把福音委托给我们，我们就传讲，不象是讨人欢心的，而是讨那察验我们心思的神的喜悦。

犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪！你们要为了耶和华的缘故自行割礼，除去心里的污秽；不然，我的忿怒必因你们的恶行，如火一般发出来，无人能熄灭！”

却要在里面存着温柔安静的心灵，作不能毁坏的装饰，这在神面前是极宝贵的。

因为蒙悦纳的，不是自我推荐的人，而是主所推荐的人。

所以时候还没有到，你们不要批评，直等到主来；他要照出黑暗中的隐情，显明人心里的动机。那时，各人要从神那里得著称赞。

但现在，我们既然向那捆绑我们的律法死了，就脱离了律法的约束，好让我们用心灵的新样子，而不用仪文的旧方式来服事主。

我的神啊，我知道你察验人心，喜悦正直；至于我，我以正直的心甘愿奉献这一切；现在我也非常欢喜看见你在这里的人民，都甘愿奉献给你。

那本来没有受割礼却遵守律法的人，就要审判你这有仪文和割礼而犯律法的人。

你们彼此接受称赞，却不寻求从独一的神而来的称赞，怎么能信呢？

因为他们爱来自人的荣耀，过于爱来自神的荣耀。

因为神的国不在于吃喝，而在于公义、和睦，以及圣灵里的喜乐。

他使我们有资格作新约的仆役，这新约不是从仪文来的，而是从圣灵来的；因为仪文会使人死，而圣灵却使人活。

主对他说：“你们法利赛人把杯盘的外面洗净，但你们里面却充满了抢夺和邪恶。

“虚伪的经学家和法利赛人哪，你们有祸了！你们洗净杯盘的外面，里面却装满了抢夺和放荡。瞎眼的法利赛人哪，先把杯和盘的里面洗净，好使外面也可以干净。“虚伪的经学家和法利赛人哪，你们有祸了！你们好像粉饰了的坟墓，外面好看，里面却装满了死人的骨头和各样的污秽；照样，你们外面看来像义人，里面却充塞着虚伪和不法。

耶路撒冷啊！洗净你心中的邪恶，使你可以得救！你心存恶念，要到几时呢？

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。从肉身生的就是肉身，从灵生的就是灵。你不要因为我对你说‘你们必须重生’而感到希奇。风随意而吹，你听见它的响声，却不知道它从哪里来，往哪里去；凡从圣灵生的，也是这样。”

人不能说：‘看哪！在这里’，或说：‘在那里’；因为神的国就在你们里面。”

但耶和华对撒母耳说：“不要看他的外貌和他高大的身材，因为我不拣选他。耶和华看人不像人看人，人是看外表，耶和华是看内心。”

然而时候将到，现在就是了，那靠着圣灵按着真理敬拜父的，才是真正敬拜的人；因为父在寻找这样敬拜他的人。
