Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

然則何言、天主祐我、誰能敵我、天主不惜己子、為我眾舍之、豈不以萬物偕其子並賜我乎、誰能訟天主所選者乎、天主稱之為義、誰能罪之乎、基督已死、且已復活、今在天主右、恆為我儕祈禱、誰能間間或作絕下同我儕於基督之愛、或患難、或困苦、或窘逐、或饑餓、或裸裎、或艱危、或鋒刃乎、如經所載云、我儕緣主、終日見殺、視如將宰之羊、然於此諸事、我儕賴愛我者、大獲全勝、蓋我深知、或死、或生、或天使、或執政者、或有能者、或今時之事、或將來之事、或高、或卑、或他受造之物、皆不能間我於天主之愛、即在我主耶穌基督內者也、

我則曰、爾何人、敢詰問天主乎、受造之物、豈能對造者云、何造我若此乎、

雖有蹉跌、亦不仆倒、因主扶持其手、

我不自覺有可責者、然不以此稱義、蓋擬議我者主也、故時未至、爾勿擬議人、迨主降臨、彼將光照幽暗之隱事、且明顯中心之計謀、其時各由天主、必得所宜之褒獎、

食者勿藐視不食者、不食者、勿擬議食者、蓋天主已納之、

有能保爾不躓蹶、使爾無瑕疵、歡然而立其榮位前者、

賜力於倦者、使弱者增膂力、

天主既賜異邦人、與賜我儕信耶穌基督者無異、我何人、能阻天主乎、

永生之天主、為爾護庇、恆於下土、以臂扶持、逐敵於爾前、命爾曰、當行殲滅、以色列民獨居而享綏安、雅各之目得見穀與酒之地、覆之之天、亦降甘露、以色列乎、爾有福祉、何民若爾、為主所救、主護爾如盾、使爾以刃獲勝有榮、敵必諂媚於爾、或作爾敵必服爾爾必履其山岡、

惟天主能堅爾曹、循我所宣之福音、所傳耶穌基督之道、即按所顯示亙古以來隱秘之奧、

求主扶我步履於主之道中、俾我足不至顛蹶、

惡人之臂必然折斷、善人必蒙主扶持、

主好公義、必不遺棄敬主之聖人、彼永蒙護祐、惡人之後裔、必致滅亡、

是以凡賴耶穌而至天主前者、耶穌能全救之、蓋彼恆存、為之祈禱、○

求主依主之應許扶助我、俾我生存、不至失望而羞愧、求主扶持我、我即得救、我常嚮慕主之典章、

我儕以信賴天主大力、得保守以獲末世所將顯之拯救、

彼若非恆於不信、亦必見接、因天主能復接之也、
