各位蒙爱的人哪，如果我们的心不责备我们，我们在神面前就可以坦然无惧，

虽然有的人判定这一天比那一天重要，但有的人却判定每一天都一样。每个人当在自己理性上确信不疑。

因此，在神和人面前，我总是尽力存着无愧的良心。

但那疑惑的人如果吃了，就被定罪了，因为不是本于信；而一切不是本于信的，就是罪。

我们所夸耀的是这一点：我们的良心见证了我们在世上行事为人带着属神的忠实和真诚，不是靠属肉体的智慧，而是靠神的恩典；对你们更是如此。

到底你们中间谁是有智慧、有见识的呢？他就应当藉着良好的品行，以智慧的温柔，使自己的行为显明出来；

虽然有的人相信什么都可以吃，但那软弱的人却只吃蔬菜。

弟兄们，一个人无论被任何过犯所胜，你们属灵的人都要以温柔的心灵把这样的人挽回过来；但是你自己要留心，免得你也受试探。

我这个人真是可悲呀！谁能救我脱离这属于死亡的身体呢？

我知道，并且在主耶稣里深信：没有一样东西本身是不洁净的。只是，如果有人认为什么是不洁净的，对他来说，那就是不洁净的。

实际上，我所做的，我不明白，因为我所愿意的，我没有去做；我所恨恶的，我反而去做。
