因此，上帝任憑他們放縱可恥的情慾。女人放棄正常的兩性關係，做出變態反常的事。

因此，神任凭他们放纵可羞耻的情欲。他们的女人把顺性的用处变为逆性的用处；

因此，上帝任凭他们放纵可羞耻的情欲。他们的女人把自然的关系变成违反自然的；

是以上帝任其可恥之慾、婦女以順性之用、變為逆性之用、

是以上帝聽其縱慾污行、婦女以順性之用、變為逆性之施、

是以天主聽其縱可恥之慾、婦女以順性之用、易以逆性之用、

故天主聽其放僻邪侈、荒淫無度；婦女以順性之行、變為逆性之施；

Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.

So God let them continue to have their shameful desires. Their women committed sexual acts that were not natural.

For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature;

That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other.

For this reason God delivered them over to disgraceful passions. Their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.

For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature,

此外，所多瑪、蛾摩拉及其附近城鎮的人同樣因為荒淫無度、沉溺於變態的情慾而遭到永火的刑罰。這些事都成為我們的警戒。

淫亂、同性戀、拐賣人口、說謊、起假誓的人，以及其他違反正道的人。

男人不可與男人性交，像和女人一樣，這是可憎的。不可與獸類交合，玷污自己。女人也不可與獸類交合。這是變態行為。「你們不可做這些事玷污自己。因為我要在你們面前趕走的各國正是因為這些行為而玷污了自己。他們居住的土地也都被玷污了，所以我因他們的罪惡而懲罰那片土地，我要使那片土地吐出他們。你們必須遵守我的律例和典章。不論你們還是寄居在你們中間的外族人，都不可做這些可憎之事。因為在你們之前居住在那裡的人做了這些可憎之事，玷污了那片土地。如果你們玷污了那片土地，它也會像吐出從前的居民一樣把你們吐出去。

因此，上帝任憑他們隨從內心的情慾行污穢的事，玷污彼此的身體。

對羅得大喊大叫：「今天晚上到你家中作客的人在哪裡？把他們交出來，我們要跟他們性交！」

他們喪盡天良，放縱情慾，沉溺於各種污穢的事。

你們豈不知道不義的人不能承受上帝的國嗎？不要自欺，一切淫亂的、拜偶像的、通姦的、變態的、同性戀的、

他們正歡快的時候，城裡的一群無賴前來圍住房子，連連叩門，對老人說：「把你家裡的客人交出來，我們要跟他性交。」

既然他們故意不認識上帝，上帝就任憑他們心思敗壞，做不當做的事。

不可荒淫縱慾，像那些不認識上帝的外族人一樣。

因為那些人暗地裡做的事就是提起來都覺得可恥。

「任何以色列人，不論男女，都不可做廟妓。不可把男女廟妓的收入帶到你們上帝耶和華的殿還願，因為你們的上帝耶和華憎惡他們。

這些人卻毀謗自己不明白的事，像沒有理性的野獸一樣憑本能行事，結果自取滅亡。
