勿為人之虛言所誘、蓋緣如此之事、天主怒、臨於不信從之人、

彼雖知凡行此者、天主擬之以死、乃不獨自行之、亦以他人行之為樂、

聖神明言、末日必有人背道、從迷惑人之邪神及鬼魔之教、偽善誑言、喪其良心、如肉被烙、

因此諸事天主之震怒、臨於不信之人、

及種種惑眾之邪惡、在將沈淪者之中、蓋彼眾不悅真理、且不受之而得救、

今我儕因基督之血、既得稱義、不更可賴之而免怒乎、

蓋律法致刑、無律法則無過犯、

亦勿以爾之肢體獻於罪、為不義之器、當獻己於天主、如由死復活之人、且以肢體獻於天主、為行義之器、

夫光臨世、而人因所行者惡、愛暗而不愛光、定罪之故、即在此也、蓋凡作不善者、惡光而不就光、恐其所行被責、惟循真理而行者就光、以彰其所行、乃遵天主而行也、○

彼既不願存天主於念、天主聽其存邪僻之心、行所不當行者、

即以行事彰明律法、銘於其心、是非之心、亦為之證、其意念互相褒貶、即於天主藉耶穌基督審判人隱微之日、如我福音所言也、○爾稱為猶太人、以律法是依、以天主為榮、為榮或作自誇既習於律法、得知其旨、能辨是非、自信為瞽者之相、在暗者之光、愚者之師、蒙者之傅、因在律法有知識及真理之模範、然則爾訓他人、而不訓己乎、爾言勿竊、而自竊乎、爾言勿姦、而自姦乎、爾惡偶像、而竊廟中物乎、爾以律法為誇、而自犯律法辱天主乎、

蓋天主之事、人所能知者、明顯於人、因天主已示之於彼、

數日後、腓力司與其妻猶太女度西拉至、召保羅、欲聽其講信基督之道、○保羅言義與節及將來之審判、腓力司甚懼、曰、今且退、我有便時、再召爾、

爾議彼行如此之事者、而爾亦行之、爾以為能逃天主之審判乎、
