我对他说：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他就对我说：“这些人都是从大患难中出来的。他们用羔羊的血洗净了自己的袍子，使它们洁白了。

我對他說：『我主，你是知道的；我不知道。』他對我說：『這些人是從那大苦難中出來的；他們曾在羔羊血中把他們的袍子洗到白白。

我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他就對我說：「這些人都是從大患難中出來的。他們用羔羊的血洗淨了自己的袍子，使它們潔白了。

對曰、我主乎、爾自知之、曰、此乃出乎大難而來、曾以羔之血滌其衣而白之矣、

對曰、吾子自知之、曰、彼脫大難、賴羔流血、曾滌厥衣、至於潔白、

對曰、我主自知之、曰、彼經歷大難而來、曾以羔之血滌其衣、而衣潔白、

予應之曰：「公自知之。」渠乃語予曰：若輩來自憂患中、備嘗艱辛、曾藉羔羊之血、自濯其袍、所服皜皜乎不可尚已；

I answered,“ Sir, you know.” And he said,“ These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

I answered,“ Sir, you know.” He said,“ They are the ones who have come out of the time of terrible suffering. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” And he said to me,“ These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

And I said to him,“ Sir, you are the one who knows.” Then he said to me,“ These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.

I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” Then he told me: These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

I said to him,“ My lord, you know.” And he said to me,“ These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

And I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” So he said to me,“ These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

So I said to him,“ My lord, you know the answer.” Then he said to me,“ These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb!

I told him,“ My lord, you know.” He said to me,“ These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.

“凡是洗净自己袍子，好使自己有权利到生命树那里，并且得以从城门进到城内的人——他们是蒙福的！

所以耶稣为了藉着自己的血使子民分别为圣，也在城门外受难。

他们藉着羔羊的血，藉着自己所见证的话语而胜过了它，他们至死也没有爱惜自己的生命。

更何况基督的血呢！基督藉着永恒的圣灵，将自己毫无瑕疵地献给神，他的血难道不能洁净我们的良心脱离致死的行为，使我们事奉永生的神吗？

从那信实的见证者、死人中首先复活的、地上众君王的元首耶稣基督，临到你们！他爱我们，用自己的血，把我们从我们的罪孽中释放出来，

耶和华说：“来吧，让我们彼此理论；你们的罪虽像朱红，必洁白如雪；虽赤如丹红，必白如羊毛。

基督这么做，是要藉着话语，用水的洗涤而洁净教会，使她分别为圣，为要给自己预备一个荣耀的教会，没有污渍、皱纹或任何这类的事，却要她成为圣洁、毫无瑕疵。

他们唱着一首新歌，说：“你配接受那书卷，配打开它的封印，因为你曾被杀，用自己的血，从各支派、各语言群体、各民族、各国家，为神赎回了人，

而是凭着那像羔羊一样毫无瑕疵、毫无玷污的基督宝血。

你们有些人过去是这样，但是藉着主耶稣基督的名，藉着我们神的灵，你们已经被洗净了，被分别为圣了，被称为义了。

因为那时将有大患难。这样的患难从世界开始直到如今，从来没有发生过，也绝不再发生。

彼得说：“你绝不可洗我的脚，永远不可！”耶稣说：“如果我不洗你，你就与我没有份了。”西门彼得说：“主啊！不单我的脚，连我的手、我的头也要洗！”耶稣说：“洗过澡的人，除了脚以外，没有需要洗的；他是完全干净的。你们是干净的，但不是每个人都干净。”原来，耶稣知道要出卖他的是谁，所以说“你们不是每个人都干净。”耶稣洗完了他们的脚以后，穿上外衣，又坐下来，对他们说：“你们明白我为你们做的事吗？你们叫我‘老师’，称呼我‘主’。你们说得对，因为我就是那一位。因此，如果我——你们的主、你们的老师，还洗你们的脚，那么你们也应该彼此洗脚。

不仅如此，我们也以患难夸耀，因为我们知道患难生出忍耐，

我把这些事告诉了你们，好让你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有患难，然而你们要鼓起勇气！我已经胜过了这世界。”

坚固门徒们的心，鼓励他们持守信仰，说：“我们进入神的国，必须经过很多患难。”

我知道你的患难和贫穷；其实你是富有的。我也知道从那些自称是犹太人而来的毁谤，其实他们不是犹太人，而是属于撒旦会堂的。

我又看见一片好像混着火的玻璃海；那些胜过了兽和兽像以及它名字数目的人，都拿着神的竖琴，站在玻璃海上；

随后，我看见那女人喝醉了圣徒们的血，以及为耶稣做见证之人的血。我看到她就大大惊奇。

所以，我们自己在神的各教会中以你们夸耀，因为你们在一切的逼迫和患难中保持着你们的忍耐和信仰。

羔羊打开第五个封印的时候，我看见在祭坛底下有那些为了神的话语、为了自己所持守的见证而被杀之人的灵魂。他们大声呼喊说：“神圣、真实的主啊！你不施行审判，不为我们的血向住在地上的人讨回公道，还要多久呢？”于是他们每个人都被赐予了一件白袍；有话吩咐他们还要安息一些时候，直到那些与他们同做奴仆的和他们的弟兄，就是那些将要像他们一样被杀的人，满足了数目。
