Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever,

時四靈物之一、授七天神以七大金爵、滿貯永生天主之義憤。

又聞天上、人間、地下、海中一切眾生、同聲而呼曰：「願寶座之主及羔羊受享一切靈祉、一切尊榮、一切權能、永世靡暨！」四靈物應曰：「心焉祝之。」諸老俯伏而頂禮焉。

指締造天地滄海及其中萬物之永生天主而誓曰：「時已無可再延！

眾天神環繞寶座及諸老四靈物而立者、至是悉皆俯伏座前、頂禮天主曰：「願我天主受享一切頌讚、一切光榮、一切妙慧、一切稱謝、一切尊貴、一切權能、永世靡暨、心焉祝之！」

永生不變；死於一時、而生於永古；掌握死亡及地獄之管籥者。

血氣之屬。莫匪王臣。整爾雅曲。潤爾歌音。

細察彼宮殿。何一有毀缺。

且後之取貢者、皆屬有死之人、而彼則顯為有生無死。

因是凡賴彼而歸天主者、彼常能為其轉求、而拯救之也。
