問我曰、爾觀何物、曰、我觀燈臺、純為金作、臺頂上有盂、臺上有七燈、此臺上七燈、各有七管、可以灌油、

爾當書達撒狄教會使者、曰、有天主七神、又執七星者、如是云、我知爾之作為、名為生、實則死、

主在郇號呼、在耶路撒冷發聲、使天地震動、主必覆庇己民、扞衛以色列人、主必覆庇己民扞衛以色列人原文作主必為其民之庇所為以色列人之保障

我又觀、見寶座與活物及諸長老間、有羔立焉、似曾見殺、有七角七目、即上帝之七神、遣往普天下者、

眾民見雷電交作、角鳴甚厲、山上騰煙、遂退而遠立、

又以精金作燈盞七、又作其翦與盤、

爾所至者、非彼可捫之山、在彼有烈火、密雲、幽暗、暴風、號角之音、傳語之聲、聞其聲者、求毋復與之言、有命之云、近此山者、雖走獸亦必以石擊、或以箭射、此命、彼眾不能當之、且所見者、可畏之甚、致摩西云、我恐懼戰慄、爾曹所至者、乃郇山、永生天主之城、天上之耶路撒冷、在彼有千萬天使聚集、有名錄於天諸長子之會、有審判眾人之天主、有義人得全者之靈、有新約之中保耶穌、及所灑之血、此血彷彿有言、較亞伯血之言尤善、慎勿棄語爾者、當時在地傳命者、彼眾棄之、不得免刑、況由天而言者、我儕背之、焉能免刑、當時其聲震地、今又曰、復一次、我不第震地、亦必震天、此言復一次、乃明示可震者既為受造之物終必廢、而不可震者必永存、故我儕既得不可震之國、則當感恩、虔恭寅畏、以事天主、此乃天主所悅者、蓋我天主如烈火然、

天主在聖殿、真可敬畏、以色列之天主、以能力權勢賜其子民、天主乃應當讚美、

斯四活物之狀如斯、其色如熾炭、如火炬、其狀徧顯於活物、其火輝煌、其火輝煌或作火發光輝自火中閃出電光、

精金諸燈臺與其盞、使燃於至聖所前、循其常例、

主從天上起雷、至上之主發大聲、冰雹火炭降下、主射箭使仇人奔逃、閃電使敵人迷亂、

遂見有分歧之舌、其狀如火、而止於各人上、

夫我以水施洗於爾、使爾悔改、但後我來者更勝於我、即提其履、我亦不堪、彼將以聖神及火、施洗於爾、

我問天使曰、燈臺左右之二油果樹何意、我再問之曰、油果樹二枝、近於近於或作由二金管、流出流出或作滴似金之油者、又何意歟、曰、爾不知此何意乎、對曰、我主、我不知、曰、此乃受膏者二人、侍於天下之主前、

主又諭之曰、我乃耶和華、曾攜爾出迦勒底之吾珥者、欲以此地賜爾為業、

恩賜有殊、而神惟一、役事有殊、而主惟一、所行之異能有殊、而天主惟一、行諸事於眾中、聖神所顯之能、賜於各人、俾眾有益、有人由此神得言有智慧之言、有人由此神得言有知識之言、有人由此神得信德、有人由此神得醫病之能、有人得行異能、有人得言未來之事、有人得辨神之真偽、有人得言方言、方言或作神言除十四章十節方言之外下同有人得解方言、此諸事皆為此一神所行、隨己意頒與各人、○
